"Joe Biden put America's national security at risk with his illegal retention and disclosure of classified material. Biden lied about his wrongdoing in a national press conference, which begs the question -- what else is Joe Biden lying about?" -- Alex Pfeiffer, spokesman for Make America Great Again Inc.

Background:

The House Judiciary Commmittee's hearing today with former Special Counsel Robert Hur made it clear that Joe Biden willfully retained classified documents, shared them with someone without clearance, and improperly stored the documents.

In fact, Hur revealed that there is an ongoing "damage assessment" into the damage caused by Joe Biden's mishandling of classified material.

Robert Hur acknowledged that Joe Biden lied to the nation during his press conference responding to the Hur report.

Not only did Joe Biden lie to the nation, but Robert Hur said that he had reason to believe Joe Biden lied to him.

Hur noted that he did not "exonerate" Joe Biden and that a "reasonable juror" could have voted to convict Biden.

  • Hur said: "My team and I conducted a thorough, independent investigation. We identified evidence that the President willfully retained classified materials after the end of his vice presidency, when he was a private citizen."

  • Rep. Matt Gaetz got Hur to acknowledge that Joe Biden lied to the country when he said that he didn't share classified information with his ghostwriter and when Joe Biden said his documents were stored in locked cabinets.

  • Hur told Rep. Jeff Van Drew that Joe Biden didn't properly store classified documents when he kept them in "badly damaged boxes near a collapsed dog crate."

  • Hur told Rep. Jerry Nadler that he had reason to believe Joe Biden lied to him.

  • Hur told Rep. Kelly Armstrong that classified documents were found at the Penn Biden Center, in Joe Biden's garage, in Joe Biden's basement den, in Joe Biden's main floor office, in Joe Biden's third floor den, at the University of Delaware, and at the Biden Institute.

  • Hur told Rep. Pramila Jayapal that he "did not exonerate" Joe Biden.

  • Hur told Rep. Laurel Lee that a "damage assessment" into the damage caused by Joe Biden's mishandling of classified material is "underway."
