CNBC's Rick Santelli reacted to Tuesday's Consumer Price Index numbers by saying that inflation is "hotter than expected."
Since Biden took office:
Overall prices up 17.9%
Food up 20.8%
Energy Services (electricity and gas utilities) up 28.8%
Rent up 19.5%
CNBC's Steve Liesman said: "It was just a lousy month when it came to inflation...Real earnings also declined in the month."
