Joe Biden's policies have destroyed our borders, impoverished Americans, and empowered terrrorists.

Immigration:

  • Starting on Day One, Joe Biden actively worked to open up America's borders. Biden's DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas remarked in 2021, "We have rescinded so many Trump immigration policies, it would take so much time to list them!"

    • Biden's first Border Patrol chief, Rodney Scott, said, "We handed them the most secure border in the history of the United States and a roadmap to keep it that way and make it even better. Through 94 executive actions, President Biden completely destroyed border security."
    • Biden's administration instituted a policy to stop deporting illegal immigrants if they are simply in the country illegally.
    • Biden signed an executive order on his first day in office to halt the construction of the border wall.
    • On its first day, the Biden administration announced a policy to halt deportations for 100 days.
    • Biden reinstated catch-and-release, with Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admitting to releasing "well more than a million" illegal immigrants a year.
  • Biden's lax immigration enforcement has led to over 10 million illegal immigrants crossing during Biden’s tenure.
    • Biden set a record for most illegal immigrant crossings in a year. There were 3.2 million illegal immigrants encountered in Fiscal Year 2023. A record. The previous record was set the year prior, in FY 2022
    • In 2019, Obama’s former Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson said if 4,000 people cross the southern border in a day, that’s a “crisis.” There have been at least four days in March with over 7,000 illegal southern border crossings.

  • Criminals are taking advantage of Biden's open border. Since October 1, "thousands of illegal immigrants with criminal convictions" have been caught at the border, including ones with "rap sheets for violent crimes such as murder, rape, child molestation, as well as drugs and weapons trafficking."

Economy:

  • Since Biden took office in January 2021, prices have risen by an unaffordable 18%, forcing the average American household to spend an additional $11,619 every year just to make ends meet.
    • The price of eggs is up 37%.
    • The price of baby food is up 28%.
    • People are paying 20% more on rent
    • Energy bills are 29% more expensive.

  • When accounting for inflation, weekly earnings have fallen 4.1% since Biden took office.

  • Home affordability is at its lowest level in nearly 40 years.
    • The median monthly mortgage payment has doubled since Joe Biden became president.

  • Car payment defaults hit a 29-year high under Joe Biden.

  • Credit card debt is up 38.7% since Biden took office.

  • Gas prices are 40% higher than when Joe Biden took office.

Foreign Policy:

  • Biden undid President Trump’s decision to place the Iran-backed Houthis on the Foreign Terrorist Organization and Specially Designated Global Terrorist lists.

  • The Biden administration relaxed enforcement of President Trump’s maximum pressure sanctions on Iranian oil sales, allowing them access to billions of dollars to fund global terrorism.

  • After the Biden administration reversed the Trump maximum pressure sanctions, Iranian oil exports increased by 142%.

  • Under Biden’s “Inflation Reduction Act,” Chinese solar companies stand to receive as much as $1.4 billion annually in taxpayer-funded subsidies.

  • Iranian-backed militia groups have launched over 165 attacks on American forces since October, including one that tragically killed three U.S. soldiers.

Healthcare:

  • Private health insurance premiums have risen for the third year in a row under Biden. In 2024, Americans purchasing a plan through the marketplace will pay a record $584 a month, or $7,008 a year, for their coverage.

  • Average workplace health insurance premiums for employees and their families jumped 7% in 2023, climbing to nearly $24,000.

  • Since Biden took office, drug costs for patients are climbing—over-the-counter drugs cost 16% more today than in January 2021.
