Here's what we learned today at the House Oversight Committee hearing that Hunter Biden refused to attend:
- Joe Biden was directly involved in his family's business interests.
- Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden's former business partner, testified that Hunter lied under oath when he said that "his father was never involved in any of his business dealings."
- Former Hunter Biden business partner Jason Galanis testified that Hunter Biden asked his father to help get a deal with a Chinese Communist Party-linked company "across the finish line."
- Joe Biden told the former mayor of Moscow, who was doing business with Hunter, to "be good to my boy."
- Joe Biden was the "big guy" referenced in an email about a Chinese business deal. The email said that the "big guy" would get a 10 percent stake.
- Joe Biden is lying when he says he has never interacted with Hunter's business partners.
- Tony Bobulinski testified that he witnessed Joe Biden commit a crime.
- Jason Galanis testified that Joe Biden was used as leverage by Hunter in a Chinese business deal.
- Galanis: "[Henry] Zhao was interested in this partnership because of the game-changing value add of the Biden family, including Joe Biden, who was to be a member of the Burnham-Harvest team post-vice presidency, providing political access in the United States and around the world.”
