The Biden campaign can't help but lie. It's what losing campaigns do.
While Biden's latest hoax is being pushed by some in the Fake News Media, even prominent Never Trumpers are pointing out how dishonest it is.
Former Vice President Mike Pence said on Face the Nation, "I woke up this morning, seeing online all the discussion about 'bloodbath.'... The president was clearly talking about the impact of imports devastating the American automative industry."
Indeed, the American automotive industry has been devastated under Joe Biden. In December, for example, General Motors announced that 1,300 workers would be laid off at two Michigan plants.
Sarah Longwell, a prominent Never Trump activist, wrote Sunday that "after listening to the whole thing and not just the clips, the bloodbath comments were about the auto industry."
Denver Riggleman, another Never Trump activist, wrote that President Trump "is referring to a 'bloodbath' economically for the auto industry if he’s not elected."
