Conservatives Need To Know These Facts About Pence

Mike Pence said in his announcement speech Wednesday that President Trump governed "as a conservative." However, Republican voters need to know that Mike Pence does not share their America First values.  Here are four facts conservatives need to know about Mike Pence:

  • Pence not only supports prolonging the deadly war in Ukraine, he wants to “accelerate the pace of military provisions.”
  • In 2002, Pence voted for the disastrous invasion of Iraq.
  • Pence has floated raising the Social Security retirement age.
  • Pence thinks cuts to Social Security and Medicare “should be on the table.”

Statement on Mike Pence’s Candidacy

Ron DeSantis Knows Trump’s Border Policies Worked

President Donald Trump's immigration policies kept Americans safe, just ask Ron DeSantis.

In July 2021, after the Trump presidency, DeSantis tweeted, "The disaster at our border is a direct result of the Biden Administration ending Trump border policies that curbed illegal immigration, the influx of drugs, and human smuggling."

Republican voters trust President Trump to secure the border. Morning Consult found that 70 percent of Republicans said they trust President Trump to handle immigration, compared to 20 percent who said the same of DeSantis.

Ron DeSantis can't be trusted to secure the border. He voted against border wall funding while in Congress.

President Trump will again secure the border in his second term. He has rolled out a plan to launch the "largest domestic deportation operation in American history."

Conservatives Need To Know These Facts About Christie

Chris Christie is a dishonest career politician who will do or say anything to enrich and empower himself. Here are four facts conservatives need to know about Chris Christie:

  • During his first campaign for office, Christie proudly announced how he donated to Planned Parenthood.
  • During one of his other bids for state office, Christie described Americans’ constitutionally-protected right to firearms as “dangerous” and “radical.”
  • As governor, Christie signed legislation that lowered college tuition for illegal immigrants.
  • Christie, seeing the benefit to his own ambition and ignoring the damage it did to our judicial system, cheered on the DOJ’s unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago, claiming they had “no choice.”

‘Poll: Donald Trump leads Ron DeSantis in Florida, 53% to 33%’

Florida Politics: "A new survey of the 2024 Florida GOP Presidential Primary reveals a 20-point lead for Donald Trump over Ron DeSantis.

‘DeSantis LOSES Support Post Launch, Trump Adds 13 Points in Head-to-Head’

Yet another poll shows Ron DeSantis losing support among Republican voters after his campaign launch. A Yahoo News/YouGov poll released last week showed that President Trump's lead over DeSantis grew from 20 percent to 28 percent since DeSantis' launch.

A new Rasmussen poll also shows DeSantis' support cratering after his disastrous campaign launch.

The National PulseRon DeSantis starts off the week with yet more bad news for his campaign, as the first Rasmussen Reports head-to-head since his glitch-ridden campaign launch shows the Florida Governor actually losing support.

A like-for-like study released by Rasmussen on Monday morning reveals DeSantis’s February 2023 numbers at 32 percent with likely Republican voters, whereas he slips to 30 percent in the latest, May poll.

And while the Florida Governor’s slippage is with Rasmussen’s three point margin of error, former President Donald Trump’s massive spike in support is definitely not. The 45th President rose a whopping 13 points in comparison to February, and since DeSantis’s campaign launch. He now stands at 58 percent, versus 45 percent just three months ago.

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: June 4, 2023

In one of the most anticipated weeks of the 2024 campaign so far—with several candidates having just entered the race or preparing to announce this coming week—President Trump once again dominated.

It’s important to highlight several key moments.

Following the announcement of Ron DeSantis, audio from his secret donor meeting leaked to the press. The 40+ minute recording detailed Team DeSantis’s strategy behind his effort to secure the nomination. I encourage you to listen to it for yourself, but one of the most shocking takeaways was the failure of his senior team to detail how DeSantis can actually win the nomination.

According to Team DeSantis’s data, Republican primary voters view Ron DeSantis as more conservative than Donald Trump. According to the presenter, DeSantis is considered “Very Conservative” by 50% of voters in Iowa, 43% in New Hampshire, 45% in South Carolina, and 48% in Nevada.

The presenter summarizes Donald Trump’s conservative score as “much lower, which is really important in a Republican primary.” The problem? According to public polling, including the recent Quinnipiac University Poll, DeSantis is actually losing to Trump by a wider margin with voters who consider themselves “more conservative” than the Republican electorate at-large.

FiveThirtyEight noted in an analysis this past week that President Trump is consistently polling better than DeSantis with voters who self-identity as “very conservative.”

Nevertheless, the Associated Press reported this morning that DeSantis is attempting to move "right" of President Trump. Putting aside the absurdity of that effort, DeSantis's campaign doesn't have any data showing that this flawed strategy will work. DeSantis will still lose the nomination to President Donald Trump.

President Trump's town hall with Sean Hannity on Fox News Thursday night had 2.7 million viewers—more people tuned into President Trump’s 60-minute town hall than tuned into DeSantis’s Twitter announcement and post-announcement TV interview combined.

During this town hall, President Trump not only detailed his tremendous accomplishments while President, but he also laid out a bold vision for America’s future.

President Trump remains focused on saving America, and while the field for second place continues to expand, there’s only one person ready to stand strong against Joe Biden and the radical Democrats.

This summer presents a tremendous opportunity to prosecute the case against the Democrats and unite Republicans ahead of one of the most consequential moments in American history. At MAGA Inc., we greatly appreciate your support as we fight alongside President Trump to Make America Great Again.

Former ICE Director Tom Homan: "President Trump did more to secure our border than anybody by far"

  • President Trump secured our Southern border.
    • Even Ron DeSantis acknowledged this. He tweeted in July 2021: "The disaster at our border is a direct result of the Biden Administration ending Trump border policies that curbed illegal immigration, the influx of drugs, and human smuggling.”
  • Former ICE Director Tom Homan said at an event last week: "President Trump did more to secure this President Trump did more to secure our border than anybody by far…illegal immigration down by 83%, 45-year low."
  • Former ICE Director and CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan echoed these comments in an interview on Newsmax where he said that President Trump gave us the most secure border in "our lifetime."
  • President Trump is committed to combatting illegal immigration. He rolled out a policy proposal this past week to end birthright citizenship for illegal immigrants.

President Trump continues to be the preferred choice of Republican voters:

  • "American Greatness Poll: Trump Leads DeSantis in Nevada"
    • "Former President Trump leads Governor Ron DeSantis in Nevada by 32 points (53%-21%) in a multi-candidate poll of likely Nevada Republican voters."
    • "On policy matters, voters prefer Trump on improving the economy, a whopping 64% prefer him to DeSantis (11%.) They also say Trump is the better candidate to oppose far-left progressives than DeSantis (49% to 22%) and that they believe Trump cares about their needs and concerns more than the Florida governor. (46% to 17%.)"
    • "Voters say Trump has the best chance of beating Joe Biden with 39% saying so compared to 29% who say DeSantis has the better chance."
  • Yahoo News: "Poll: No bump for DeSantis from 2024 launch as Trump continues to climb"
    • "Among potential Republican primary voters — registered voters who identify as Republicans or GOP-leaning independents — Trump now leads the full field of seven declared candidates with 53%. That’s up from 48% in early May, before DeSantis threw his hat in the ring. And DeSantis now lags further behind than he did just a few weeks ago; his 25% is down from 28% in early May. Put another way, DeSantis trailed Trump by 20 points in the previous Yahoo News/YouGov poll. Today, he trails by 28 points."
  • "Poll: Majority Republicans Believe Trump Has Better Chance to Win 2024 Election than DeSantis"
    • "A majority of Republicans believe former President Donald Trump has a better chance to win the 2024 general election than Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a recent LX News/YouGov poll found."
    • "Most Republicans, 59 percent, believe Trump has the best chance of winning the presidential election, followed by 27 percent who believe DeSantis has the best chance and 13 percent who remain unsure."

There’s Not Much Interest In Ron DeSantis

Ron DeSantis' campaign is off to a rough start. His poll numbers have dropped since his launch so it comes as no surprise that Americans aren't interested in watching DeSantis.

Ron DeSantis' first post-announcement television interview with Trey Gowdy garnered just 1.9 million viewers on Fox News. It wasn't even Fox's most watched hour that day as the Five got 2.6 million viewers. DeSantis' announcement on Twitter had about 300,000 live listeners while at least 12.5 million watched President Trump's campaign announcement

President Trump's town hall with Sean Hannity on Fox News Thursday night even had more viewers than DeSantis' Gowdy interview. President Trump's town hall on Fox had 2.7 million viewers.

DeSantis' trouble in drawing interest continued into Friday. There were more people on YouTube tuned into high school baseball and softball games than DeSantis' event in South Carolina.

Poll: DeSantis Loses Support After Disastrous Launch

Yahoo News:  Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was surely hoping for a bump from his presidential campaign launch last week. But a new Yahoo News/YouGov poll shows no sign of improvement.

In fact, the survey of 1,520 U.S. adults, which was conducted from May 25-30, suggests that DeSantis may have actually lost ground against frontrunner and former President Donald Trump since officially entering the race for the 2024 GOP nomination during a glitchy Twitter Spaces event with the platform’s billionaire owner Elon Musk.

Among potential Republican primary voters — registered voters who identify as Republicans or GOP-leaning independents — Trump now leads the full field of seven declared candidates with 53%.

Today, he trails by 28 points. None of the remaining candidates — former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley (3%), Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (1%), South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott (3%), tech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy (3%) or radio host Larry Elder (1%) — clear the 5% threshold.

A hypothetical two-way matchup, meanwhile, is no better for DeSantis, with Trump leading 55% to 31% (up from 50% to 36% in early May).

‘Ron DeSantis’s campaign launch flopped’

Florida Politics: New national polling is panning Ron DeSantis‘ presidential campaign launch.

The Florida Governor’s glitch-filled kickoff on Twitter Spaces with Elon Musk left a bad impression with 1,500 U.S. adult citizens surveyed by The Economist and You Gov between May 27 and May 31.

Just 7% of those surveyed said the opening went “very well,” with another 17% venturing that it went “somewhat well.”

Meanwhile, 24% said it went “somewhat badly,” with an additional 21% saying it went “very badly,” putting the whole event 21 points underwater. Another 31% of respondents were “not sure” how it went for the Governor.

Ron DeSantis Is Weak On Opioid Dealers

Ron DeSantis signed a weak-on-crime law in 2019 that lowered the penalty for dealing a deadly opioid.

The 2019 law, HB 7125, changed the felony threshold for dealing hydrocodone from 14 grams to 28 grams.  Hydrocodone kills hundreds of Floridians every singleyear. The law also changed the felony threshold amount for felony retail theft from $300 to $750.

"Ron DeSantis needs to answer for why he signed a law that makes it harder to prosecute the trafficking of an opioid that kills hundreds of Floridians every single year. DeSantis' soft-on-drugs policy was buried in a liberal crime bill he signed that was praised by the SPLC for lowering the penalty for shoplifting. Ron DeSantis does not share the values of conservative voters." -- Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman for Make America Great Again Inc.

Polling: President Trump Is the Top Choice Of Republican Voters

Polling continues to show that President Trump is the clear favorite of Republican primary voters.

A Monmouth University poll released Tuesday shows President Trump leading the GOP primary field and beating Ron DeSantis in hypothetical head-to-head match-up.

The university's poll also found that Republicans believe President Trump is the "strongest candidate to beat" Joe Biden in 2024. Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute, said in a statement, "If your main argument to Republican voters is that Trump wouldn’t be the party’s strongest nominee, you’ve got a heck of a challenge ahead of you."

An NBC poll released Tuesday similarly showed that 59 percent of Republicans think President Trump has the best chance of winning the 2024 general election.

The NBC poll found that Republican voters believe that President Trump would do a better job than Ron DeSantis handling the economy, foreign policy, immigration, and crime.

Who is running the show? Ron DeSantis or Never Back Down?

Ron DeSantis and Never Back Down are not on the same page.

Ron DeSantis trashed the bipartisan debt ceiling deal in a Monday interview. "Prior to this deal, our country was careening toward bankruptcy, and after this deal our country will still be careening toward bankruptcy," DeSantis said.

DeSantis' Super PAC, Never Back Down, disagrees.

National Spokesman Steve Cortes wrote in a Daily Caller op-ed that "Conservatives should welcome the deal that the GOP House negotiated against an obstinate Biden Administration. Is the package everything we want on the Right? No. But it represents tangible success and a key starting marker for fiscal sanity in Washington. Plus, it provides a key starting point toward earning control of all three levers of fiscal power in the 2024 elections: House, Senate, and White House."

Cortes went on to draw a contrast with DeSantis, who voted to cut Social Security and Medicare during his time in Congress, saying, “Crucially, these cuts and safeguards do not arrive at the expense of America’s seniors or veterans, though. Social Security, Medicare, and the VA are all protected.

“With control over only the House, at present, this agreement represents a worthy deal that should receive the support of patriotic populists,” Cortes concluded.

Looks like Cortes and Never Back Down sent out the talking points from DeSantis' donors. Like his flip-flop on Ukraine, time will only tell what Ron will do.

Ron DeSantis Fought Against Trump’s America First Agenda

Make America Great Again Inc's latest ad reveals how Ron DeSantis fought against President Donald Trump's America First agenda while in Washington.

As Ron DeSantis said in a leaked debate prep video, he "voted contrary to [President Trump] in the Congress."

  • President Trump protected seniors' benefits while Ron DeSantis voted several times to cut Social Security and Medicare. Ron DeSantis doubled down on his support for targeting Social Security in a recent interview with John Stossel where DeSantis said "younger people like me are receptive" to making changes to Social Security.
  • President Trump built over 400 miles of wall, which successfully reduced border crossings in those areas by over 87 percent.  Ron DeSantis voted against border wall funding.
  • President Trump cut taxes massively. In one year, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act put $2,000 directly back into the pockets of the average family. Ron DeSantis, by contrast, supported a national sales tax that would harm middle class families.

President Trump is the only candidate ready on day one to deliver for Americans again.

Ron DeSinking Ship

Ron DeSantis is launching his campaign for president from a position of weakness.

On March 30 -- the RealClearPolitics polling average showed President Trump with 45.9 percent support and DeSantis trailing at 30.1 percent. Less than two months later, the RCP polling average shows President Trump with 56.3 percent support and DeSantis at 19.4 percent.

DeSantis' calamitous drop in support has been noticed.

Politico last week called DeSantis a "paper tiger" whose "weakness" has "GOP rivals smelling blood."

As Politico explained, Tim Scott's entrance into the race and possible announcements from Chris Sununu, Doug Burgum, Francis Suarez, Mike Pence, Chris Christie, and Glenn Youngkin, only make sense as there is a "growing belief within the party that DeSantis is a paper tiger...Far from projecting strength, DeSantis suddenly appears to be a candidate who’s thrived in a protective cocoon...DeSantis now confronts the perception that he is a porcelain candidate, glazed and decorative, durable enough, but not really built to withstand the blunt impact of Trump’s hammer or the full fury of a united Democratic Party."

Ouch.

That Politico article isn't an outlier. Take a look at the press Ron DeSantis has received in the lead up to his campaign announcement.

Newsweek (May 18): "Ron DeSantis Collapse Sees Trump Surge to Huge 2024 Lead, Polls Show"

New York Times (May 18):  "Disney Pulls Plug on $1 Billion Development in Florida"

The Hill (May 19): "Poll finds Trump beating Biden by 7 points, DeSantis tying president in matchup"

Breitbart (May 19): "Harvard-Harris Poll: DeSantis Support Continues to Collapse as Trump Dominates"

New York Times (May 20): "Air DeSantis: The Private Jets and Secret Donors Flying Him Around"

The Post Millennial (May 20): "RUST BELT POLL: Battleground poll of Rust Belt states shows Trump 47, Biden 38, but Biden 38, DeSantis 34: Richard Baris' Big Data Poll"

ClickOrlando.Com (May 21): "UCF student tracking Elon Musk’s jet now doing same with DeSantis"

Financial Times (May 22): "Ron DeSantis struggles for lift-off as campaign launch nears"

Larry Kudlow (May 22): "I’m waiting for DeSantis to show me an economic prosperity agenda...It is all about attacking a company in his state named Disney. He won’t let up. Conservative free market people don’t attack businesses. They do promote jobs and businesses. He hasn’t done that.”

Mark Simone (May 22): "Everything about Florida that you love – Desantis inherited...You watch DeSantis turn Disney into World War III. Imagine what he would do with Putin. This guy has got problems....He’s got all the drama of Trump without the charm or the humor. That’s his problem.”

Matt Lewis (May 22): "Free Advice for Ron DeSantis: Don’t Run for President...The Florida governor is uncomfortable around regular people, hides from the media, and is too skittish to take on Trump. What’s the point in running at all?"

Pete Hegseth (May 22): "Part of his rollout that was so poor from DeSantis was being on both sides of the Ukraine issue. Trump’s been very clear about it: ‘It didn’t happen under my watch and it wouldn’t have happened. And I don’t want to start foreign wars.’ DeSantis kind of tip-toed on the establishment route and then went another direction.”

Bret Baier (May 23): “Something has to change dramatically...Right now former President Trump controls the environment, he controls the base, and he controls the messaging."

Newt Gingrich (May 23): "Trump keeps gaining and strengthening. But at the same time, DeSantis didn’t prove capable of reaching out to all the different elements of the party.”

Gavin Wax: Because He’s Real, Conservative Voters Want Trump

Gavin Wax has a must read editorial in Newsmax explaining why President Trump is the best candidate to fight "wokeness."

Gavin Wax: "Our nation's 45th commander in chief has shown the requisite mettle to succeed.

His competitors have not.

Gov. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., for instance, has a history of doing his donors’ bidding. His record on free speech is abysmal, and he's nothing more than a war hawk draped in a cloak.

When DeSantis has tried to stand up for his bold, focus-grouped proclamations, it hasn't worked out so well.

Over the past few months, he has been consistently outmatched by Mickey Mouse?

Would his attempts at intimidation fare any better globally?

On the other hand, President Trump is fully aligned and committed to unabashed America First values. He will shamelessly pursue them.

He has shown us his strength of character and fortitude.

The right team will uplift him to achieve heightened levels of success. Other candidates, namely DeSantis, will claim to be the 'anti-woke candidate.'

They are just a tribute band. Americans want the real deal."

Statement on Ron DeSantis’ Announcement

"This is one of the most out-of-touch campaign launches in modern history. The only thing less relatable than a niche campaign launch on Twitter, is DeSantis' after party at the uber elite Four Seasons resort in Miami.

Everyday more and more Americans are realizing just how out of step Ron DeSantis is with their values and how unelectable he really is.  From his votes to cut Social Security and Medicare, to his support of a national sales tax that would raise taxes on 90% of families, to his vote in support of Obama's TPP which sent jobs to China, to his vote against funding for President Trump's wall, Ron DeSantis just isn't ready to be President.  President Trump is ready on day one to turn our country around, reverse Biden's disasterous policies and make America great again." --- Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman for Make America Great Again Inc.

Background on Ron DeSantis:

We cannot afford to nominate a candidate that doesn’t have the track record and the plan to correct the dangerous course our nation is on starting immediately on Day One. President Trump has both the record and the agenda that demonstrates he is the only one who can fix our country.

Ron DeSantis, on the other hand, does not.

DeSantis has thrown his support behind disastrous ideas like co-sponsoring a 23 percent national sales tax not just once, but three times: in 2013, 2015, and 2017.

If our current tax system were to be replaced with a national sales like the one DeSantis wants to impose, it would be the middle class who suffers—90 percent of families would see a tax hike.

President Trump cut taxes massively—to the tune of $5.5 trillion. In one year, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act put $2,000 directly back into the pockets of the average family. Working and middle-class Americans saw the most benefits, with individuals earning less than $100,000 annually having a 17 percent reduction in their tax bills.

DeSantis has also spent his career attacking senior entitlements. He voted to cut Social Security three times, supported Paul Ryan’s plan to cut benefits from Medicare, and raise the retirement age to 70.

President Trump has a proven record on protecting Medicare and our nation’s seniors. During his administration, he successfully lowered Medicare Advantage premiums by 34 percent nationwide to their lowest level in 14 years. President Trump also reduced Medicare Part D prescription drug premiums by $2 billion over his term while simultaneously enhancing Part D plans to provide patients with access to a broad set of insulins at a maximum monthly copay of $35. President Trump has committed to protecting these crucial services and securing Americans’ hard-earned benefits.

DeSantis has already shown he will toe the globalist line—while in Congress, he even voted to grant President Obama “fast-track” authority to negotiate the job-killing Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal. Thankfully, once President Trump took office, Americans finally had an expert negotiator and dealmaker in the White House to fight for them.

President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the TPP and ended the catastrophic NAFTA deal, replacing it with the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, which was projected to potentially create over 550,000 in its first decade. His administration also negotiated landmark trade deals with countries like Japan, South Korea, Argentina, and Brazil. He even secured a Phase One trade deal with China to begin holding them accountable for their economic warfare.

DeSantis even stood with globalists when he actually voted against a bill that included $1.6 billion in border wall funding. Luckily for the American people—and with no thanks to Ron DeSantis—President Trump succeeded in building and improving over 400 miles of the wall which successfully reduced border crossings in those areas by over 87 percent.

With over 6 million border patrol encounters of illegal immigrants under Joe Biden, it has never been clearer that we need someone ready to start the job straight away. There’s no time for on-the-job training. President Trump will be ready to go on his first day in office, ready to immediately ensure that the interests of forgotten Americans are once again defended both at home and abroad.

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: May 21, 2023

Good evening!

We have a busy week ahead of us. Ron DeSantis is expected to end his shadow campaign for president and finally officially announce his candidacy. But before that happens, Tim Scott will announce his candidacy on Monday. There are many other candidates also reportedly expected to announce in the coming weeks including Mike Pence, Doug Burgum, Chris Christie, and Chris Sununu. Rick Perry has even said he is looking into the possibility of running.

The 2028 Republican primary may be wide open, but Republicans are ready to unite behind President Donald J. Trump for the 2024 GOP nomination. President Trump is nearing 60 percent support in the RealClearPolitics polling average

Moreover, the flood of candidates into the race is a sign of Ron DeSantis' weakness. The past few months have shown other Republicans that DeSantis is just not ready for the big stage.

America needs someone who can solve our problems on day one and restore us to greatness, that is President Trump.

Polling shows President Trump is the best candidate to beat Joe Biden

Must read Wall Street Journal article: "South Carolina Still Looks Like Trump Country, Despite Haley and Scott Bids"

  • "No matter how many home-state candidates jump into the 2024 GOP presidential race, South Carolina is probably Donald Trump’s state to lose."
  • "The former president is running again for the party nomination, and so is former Gov. Nikki Haley. Sen. Tim Scott, one of the state’s two Republican senators, filed his statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission on Friday and is expected to formally announce his bid on Monday.  While South Carolina Republicans may have cast ballots for all three candidates at some point, voters and local officials here say that Trump has the clear edge for 2024. Early polls have shown Trump leading all possible competitors by solid margins."
  • "'I think he’s gonna run away with the thing,' one unaffiliated South Carolina GOP lawmaker said of Trump. 'If I’m anybody but Trump, I’d stay out of the primary.'"

Statement on NYT’s “Air DeSantis” Report

The New York Times published a report Saturday on "Air DeSantis."

The story notes: "Ahead of an expected White House bid, Mr. DeSantis has relied heavily on his rich allies to ferry him around the country to test his message and raise his profile. Many of these donors are familiar boosters from Florida, some with business interests before the state, according to a New York Times review of Mr. DeSantis’s travel...A half dozen lobbyists and donors who spoke with The Times said they became accustomed to calls from the governor’s political aides asking for planes — in at least one case, for a last-minute trip home from out of state and, more recently, for a flight to Japan."

Statement from Karoline Leavitt, spokeswoman for Make America Great Again Inc.: "Ron DeSantis has become the embodiment of a political sellout. This story of secret luxury travel, along with his expected private campaign 'launch' at the swanky Four Seasons Resort, proves he has become a mere puppet of the ruling class. Ron DeSantis claims he will shake up the system. That's nonsense. He's owned by the system."

Statement on Tim Scott’s Candidacy

"Ron DeSantis’ failed shadow campaign has opened the flood gates for career politicians looking to seize an opportunity to raise their profile ahead of the 2028 race. Tim Scott’s entrance, and aggressive media purchase, doesn’t only kneecap DeSantis, but Scott sees the same thing as Youngkin, Sununu, Burgum, Christie, and others: the path to 2nd place is wide open. They smell Ron DeSantis' blood in the water and no longer seem him as an obstacle." -- Taylor Budowich, CEO Make America Great Again Inc.

Here are four facts conservatives need to know about Tim Scott:

  • In May 2022, after $54 billion was sent to Ukraine, Sen. Scott said Biden had provided them with "too little support."
  • In 2021, Scott delivered the Republican response to Joe Biden's State of the Union. At the time of this speech, drugs and illegal immigrants were pouring across Biden's open border. Tim Scott failed to mention the border crisis or immigration during his State of the Union response.
  • Scott opposed President Trump's America First foreign policy. In February 2019, he voted to disapprove of President Trump's plan to withdraw troops from Afghanistan and Syria.
  • Scott voted to confirm Janet Yellen as Treasury Secretary, who then facilitated Biden's lies to cover up his inflationary spending destroying our economy--remember inflation is only "transitory?"

ICYMI—Stefanik: Durham Report Shows ‘Criminal Abuse of Power’ Went Up to Obama

Rep. Elise Stefanik: "The long-awaited Durham Report confirmed what the American people already know; that individuals at the highest levels of government attempted to overthrow democracy when they illegally weaponized the federal government against Donald J. Trump. This criminal abuse of power went all the way up to the Oval Office where President Obama and then Vice-President Joe Biden were in on it from the very beginning. This was an unlawful attempt by the politicized FBI and DOJ to meddle in our elections. The entire false smear was manufactured and paid for by political opponents of Donald Trump and perpetrated by the Left’s salivating mainstream media stenographers. Crossfire Hurricane was nothing more than an illegal, unlawful, and unAmerican abuse of power. I am more committed than ever to ensuring that those involved are held accountable and face criminal prosecution."

DeSantis Dodges Question On 2020 Election Rigging

Ron DeSantis refused to acknowledge how Democrats rigged the 2020 election when asked about it in a press conference Monday.

"If Ron DeSantis wants to run for president, he is not going to be able to cower when it comes to addressing the rigged 2020 election. Republican voters want a nominee that recognizes the systematic failures that plagued the 2020 elections, and Ron DeSantis continues to dodge this critical issue. MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: May 14, 2023

Good afternoon,

It's been another awful week for Ron DeSantis. Here's Fox News' Pete Hegseth's review of DeSantis' Iowa trip. "Unbelievably underwhelming...very little energy...it's just not there," Hegseth said

Meanwhile, the New York Times is reporting that DeSantis is working on mastering basic social skills: "The governor and his team have had internal conversations acknowledging the need for him to engage in the basics of political courtship: small talk, handshaking, eye contact."

While DeSantis learns how to shake hands and look people in the eyes, President Trump is busy consolidating support. Twodifferent Florida Republican primary polls released this past week show President Trump ahead with a comfortable lead.

And after President Trump's rockstar performance at CNN's town hall, Dan Bongino put his support behind President Trump and declared that the primary is over.

"It's over man," Bongino said

Crisis at the border shows why we need President Trump back in the White House:

  • Illegal border crossings topped 10,000 per day this past week -- a record high.
    • The White House is in denial that there's a problem. Spokesman John Kirby declared, "It's not a crisis down there at the border."
    • There absolutely is a crisis at the border. On Friday alone, five different immigrants on the terror watch list were caught crossing the border, according to a Breitbart report. For comparison, there were just 3 terror watchlist arrests at the border in Fiscal Year 2020.
    • The Biden adminsitration embraces the endless flood of illegals across the border because it means cheap labor for Biden's donors. Secretary Mayorkas acknowledged this in a recent press conference. "There are businesses around this country desperate for workers," Mayorkas responded when asked about the cost of millions of illegal immigrants crossing the border.
  • President Trump secured our border once and will secure it again. He promises to launch the "largest domestic deportation operation in American history."

President Trump Dominates CNN Town Hall

President Donald Trump brought his winning message to New Hamphshire Wednesday night.

President Trump was welcomed with a standing ovation and spent the town hall explaining how he will save America from Biden's policies.  President Trump spoke about the need to bring immediate peace in Ukraine and how we can save our economy by bringing back energy independence.

Reactions to the town hall:

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "I’m so proud of President Trump tonight, GREAT JOB!  He is truly showing everyone why he is the president America needs."

Andrew Yang: "This #CNNTownhall is shaping up to be a clear win for Trump, certainly in the Republican field and probably overall."

Michael Caputo: "CNN is one of the last places any Republican would want to sit for a live interview after a terrible civil court verdict. President Trump is proving he is not afraid of anything. Fearless and effective. Fear is for other people, not Trump."

Dr. Sebastian Gorka: "President Trump is CRUSHING IT."

Frank Luntz: "Trump’s numbers among Republicans  are going up after tonight."

Rep. Ronny Jackson: "Trump is once again proving he’s the ONLY choice for 2024. Nobody can compete with him. He made America great again once, and he has the plan to do it AGAIN. TRUMP 2024!!"

Radio host Clay Travis: "Donald Trump just did an hour in the lion’s den on CNN. Taking everything they can dish out at him. I love it. Can you imagine Joe Biden doing an hour on Fox News? Would never happen. Biden legit couldn’t do it. He isn’t mentally or physically capable of doing it."

“This could be the most corrupt scheme in American politics”

As President Trump said recently in New Hampshire, "Joe Biden cares only about enriching his family. I care about enriching your family."

The American public received more evidence today of the Biden Crime Family's corruption.

The House Oversight Committee unveiled evidence showing millions of dollars flowing from foreign companies to the Biden family. As Rep. Byron Donalds noted, this is inherently sketchy as "the Biden Family doesn’t have a business. There is no business structure around this family except politics."

The committee obtained bank records that "show the Biden family, their business associates, and their companies received over $10 million from foreign nationals’ companies. The Committee has identified payments to Biden family members from foreign companies while Joe Biden served as Vice President and after he left public office."

The House Oversight Committee revealed "that more than $1 million flowed from a crooked Romanian businessman to the Biden family while then-Vice President Joe Biden paid lip service to cleaning up corruption in the Eastern European nation."

Rep. Nancy Mace said at Wednesday's press conference that "this could be the most corrupt scheme in American politics."

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: May 7, 2023

Good evening,

The Washington Post/ABC News poll released today is worth discussing. In the words of ABC's George Stephanopoulos, "this poll is just brutal for President Biden."

The poll shows that Joe Biden isn't even well liked among Democrats and independents who lean Democrat. Among that group of voters, 58 percent want the Democratic Party to nominate someone other than Joe Biden as president.

It's unsurprising why they would feel that way. Americans see Joe Biden as a failure who is incapable of performing his duties. Biden's approval rating is at 36 percent and 63 percent of voters say that Joe Biden "does not have the mental sharpness to serve effectively as president."

Meanwhile, the poll is full of good news for President Trump.  A majority of voters, 54 percent, say that President Trump "did a better job handling the economy" than Joe Biden.

President Trump is of course the first choice of Republican voters. The poll found that President Trump has twice as much support as Ron DeSantis.

Finally, and most importantly, President Trump beats Joe Biden in a head-to-head general election matchup.  ABC: "Looking (far) ahead to November 2024, in a Biden-Trump matchup, 44% of Americans say they'd definitely or probably vote for Trump, 38% for Biden, with 12% undecided. When the undecideds are asked how they lean, it's 49-42%, Trump-Biden."

As Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene put it, "The 2024 Presidential primary and general is over. America wants President Trump’s back!"

Taylor Budowich

CEO, MAGA Inc.

Congressman James Comer: Joe Biden "puts America last and China first."

  • The public learns more information about the Biden crime family every single week.
    • Rep. James Comer said Sunday on Fox News, "A credible whistleblower comes forward and says the vice president of the United States tried to shakedown a foreign national in exchange for a foreign policy decision...This president has always put America last and China first."
    • Rep. Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley revealed this past week that an FBI document exists “that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions."
    • Breitbart's Joel Pollak reacted to this reveleation in a piece in which he argued: "President Joe Biden can be impeached for bribery, one of the two offenses specifically mentioned in Article II, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution."

Millions of migrants are flocking to Mexico in anticipation of the end of the Title 42 this week:

  • President Trump invoked the public health authority known as Title 42 in 2020, which allowed border patrol to swiftly return illegal immigrants across the border. It is set to end on May 11.
    • President Trump "When I take the oath of office…we will immediately begin the process of fully securing the border and removing the illegal aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully allowed to break into our country.”
  • The New York Times reported that the end of Title 42 will bring a "new immigration surge."
    • Biden has already presided over the worst border crisis in American history.
      • A record breaking 2.7 million illegal immigrants were caught crossing the border in Fiscal Year 2022.
    • President Trump is planning for the "largest domestic deportation operation in American history."

Sen. Bill Hagerty: President Trump has the proven track record to get the country back on track

  • Sen. Hagerty (R-TN), who endorsed President Trump recently, spoke to Breitbart Saturday about how America needs Trump back in office.
    • “We need someone like President Trump that actually got us energy independent. You remember that? We’re in a far different place.. President Trump really has had the track record of doing it."
    • "I worked very closely with President Trump and we got some amazing things done in the Indo-Pacific region. If you think about it when we arrived, potentials were so high with North Korea. We got that calmed down...We saw stability in the region because people respected America again."

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: April 30, 2023

Good evening,

This week, Joe Biden made America’s nightmare official: he’s running for re-election.

Joe’s announcement video begs Americans to let him “finish the job.” For the forgotten men and women of America, that’s a terrifying prospect. Under his leadership, middle-class Americans have been punished--the median househould has suffered what amounts to a 10 percent paycut, all thanks to Joe Biden.

Speaking of finishing the job, let’s turn our attention to someone who ought to finish his: Ron DeSantis. The people of Florida elected him to serve as governor for another full four-year term; however, this week he successfully bullied the state legislature into rewriting Florida’s laws to allow him to run for president while being a part-time governor.

DeSantis has abdicated his duty to the people of Florida by jet setting across the country and across the globe on the taxpayers’ dime.

It would be one thing if this globalist media tour was effective, but Team DeSantis couldn’t even manage that. Upon returning home to a state battered by storms, DeSantis faced dismal headlines like “Ron DeTedious: DeSantis Underwhelms Britain’s Business Chiefs,” and “‘I think he’s in trouble’: Growing number of Ron DeSantis donors and allies hope for a shake-up.”

DeSantis should follow the lead of another Floridian who asserted to his constituents that he would not occupy an elected position while seeking another office:

“As the Republican nominee for Governor of Florida, it is clear to me that I will likely miss the vast majority of our remaining session days for this Congress. Under these circumstances, it would be inappropriate for me to accept a salary. In order to honor my principles and protect the taxpayer, I officially resign from the House of Representatives effective immediately.”

Oh, wait. That was Ron.

President Trump has consolidated his lead over the Republican field. For months, Trump maintained his double-digit lead over DeSantis, the closest wannabe nominee. And it continues to grow.

The American People have spoken, and they’re calling for Donald J. Trump.

Florida Rep. Byron Donalds is right—it’s a matter of being ready for the job:

“Not only is Trump the right choice over Biden, but his experience enables him to hit the ground running on day one. This is why I endorsed President Trump over Gov. Ron DeSantis. I’m looking for somebody who can come in on day one and get America back on track.”

Taylor Budowich,

CEO, MAGA Inc.

America cannot afford four more years of Joe Biden:

  • A majority of Democrats now reject Biden’s “leadership” and want someone else as their nominee.
  • The average family has lost the equivalent of $7,400 thanks to Biden’s economic misconduct.
  • For two uninterrupted years, inflation has outstripped wage growth—punishing hard-working Americans by devaluing their wallets.
  • Our border has crumbled—over five million known illegal immigrants have attempted to cross our southern border since Biden took office. That figure does not account for the more than a million so-called “got-aways.”
  • Only President Trump has the policies--and the expertise--to get our nation back on track.

Voters overwhelmingly want Donald J. Trump:

  • EMERSON COLLEGE: Trump secures his biggest lead over DeSantis so far:
    • TRUMP: 62% (+46)
    • DeSantis: 16%
    • Pence: 7%
    • Haley: 3%
    • Ramaswamy: 3%
    • Christie: 2%
    • Hutchinson: 2%
    • T. Scott: 0.4%
    • Sununu: 0.4%
  • FOX NEWS:
    • TRUMP: 53% (+32)
    • DeSantis 21%
    • Pence: 6%
    • Haley: 4%
    • Ramaswamy: 3%
    • Cheney: 2%
    • T. Scott: 2%

President Trump Delivers Powerful Speech In New Hampshire

President Trump delivered his first remarks since Joe Biden's re-election announcement at a rally in Manchester, New Hampshire Thursday.

President Trump's speech coincided with the roll out of his New Hampshire elected leadership team, which includes 25 percent of Republicans in the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

Polling of New Hampshire Republicans shows President Trump with a dominant lead among primary voters. President Trump's speech was attended by 2,000 people and there were thousands that had to be turned away. At one point the crowd chanted, "We love Trump! We love Trump!" President Trump responded, "And I love you too! That's why I'm doing this!"

Grace Saldana, editor-in-chief of Right Side Broadcasting Network, remarked, "MAJOR energy at President Trump's MAGA speech in New Hampshire tonight... 45 is about to become 47!"

Highlights from President Trump's speech:

President Trump: "Joe Biden cares only about enriching his family. I care about enriching your family."

President Trump: Biden says he wants to finish the job. "That's right, he wants to finish the job of destroying our country."

President Trump: "Within hours of my inauguration, I will begin the process of terminating every Biden policy that is brutalizing New Hampshire and all U.S. workers."

President Trump: "Our enemies are desperate to stop us because they know we are the only ones who can stop them."

President Trump: "When I get back into the Oval Office we will totally obliterate the Deep State. We will establish a truth and reconciliation commission to declassify and publish all documents on Deep State spying, censorship, and corruption."

President Trump: "If you put me back at the White House, the reign of the corrupt Washington establishment will be over in America and America will be a free nation once again."

President Trump: "Standing before you today, I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War III."

President Trump: "We will use all necessary state, local, federal, and military resources to carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history."

NRSC Chair Steve Daines Endorses Trump For President

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), chair of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, endorsed Donald Trump for President Monday.

New York Times: Former President Donald J. Trump has secured one of his most important Capitol Hill endorsements for a 2024 presidential bid: Senator Steve Daines of Montana, the chairman of the Senate Republicans’ campaign arm.

While top Republicans in the Senate have been lukewarm about the prospects of another election cycle dominated by Mr. Trump, the endorsement gives him a foothold with a key party fund-raiser.  “I’m proud to endorse Donald J. Trump for president of the United States,” Mr. Daines said during a Monday night appearance on “Triggered,” the podcast of Donald Trump Jr., the former president’s eldest son and an occasional hunting buddy for Mr. Daines.

He added that the “best four years” he’d had in the Senate was when Mr. Trump was president. And Mr. Daines ticked off a list of accomplishments that he said Mr. Trump had recorded, on issues like immigration.

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note: April 23, 2023

Good evening.

It's been another great week for President Trump. A whopping seven Florida Congressmen endorsed Donald Trump for President this past week (Reps. Greg Steube, John Rutherford, Brian Mast, Vern Buchanan, Michael Waltz, Gus Bilirakis, and Carlos Gimenez).

Leaders are lining up behind President Trump's campaign because he will be ready on day one. Both Congressman Greg Steube and Congressman Byron Donalds noted this during a must-watch interview on Fox News.

"There is no other candidate for the Republican nominee that can go in day one and do what we need to have done in our country and reverse all the disastrous policies of this Biden administration. And that is President Trump," Rep. Steube said.

Rep. Donalds said: "You got to be able to hit the ground running on day one. We know Donald Trump can do it. He did it once before, he can do it again. If you look at our country from a foreign policy perspective, we know all the domestic issues. China is on the move, they see weakness at the White House. The next commander-in-chief has got to be able to do the job of commander-in-chief on day one. We know Donald Trump can do that job."

The spate of endorsements also exposed Ron DeSantis' lack of a relationship with key Florida leaders. Semafor reported that the endorsements highlighted "existing concerns that DeSantis struggles with basic human interaction."

Meet the Press noted that both of Florida's senators "claim they don't talk to the governor." Sen. Rick Scott said, "DeSantis doesn't talk to me, so I don't know about DeSantis." And Sen. Marco Rubio said, "I haven't spoken to him in a number of months."

Congressman Greg Steube told Fox News that he's been in Congress for five years and hasn't received a call from Gov. DeSantis once.

Relationships are important in politics. It's not just about endorsements. One of the key roles of the President is diplomacy. President Trump's ability to have productive relationships with global leaders brought stability to the world. If Ron DeSantis can't even talk to the senators from his own state, what sort of relationship will he have with foreign dignitaries?

This past week was supposed to be a good one for DeSantis. He came to Washington D.C. to rally Congressional support. However, the only new endorsement that came out of his D.C. event was from Rep. Lance Gooden, who after meeting with DeSantis, decided to announce his support for President Trump. Politico summed it up this way: "DeSantis is in a rut. His trek to D.C. didn’t help."

The party's unity around President Trump is coming at a crucial moment. Joe Biden is reportedly set to announce his re-election campaign on Tuesday. This announcement will come amid predictions of a recession, the evacuation of yet another embassy, and a whistleblower's reveleation of a cover-up in the Hunter Biden criminal investigation.

The overwhelming propaganda from the left-wing media isn't working, Americans know Joe Biden has been a failure. Just 30 percent of independents approve of the job Biden is doing, according to an NBC poll released Sunday.

That same poll found that 68 percent of Republican primary voters agree that the Democrat investigations into President Trump are "a politically motivated attempt to stop Trump. No other candidate is like him, we must support him."

President Trump is well positioned to beat Joe Biden in 2024. The Harvard CAPS-Harris poll released Thursday shows President Trump is leading Biden by five percent.

NBC's poll similarly found that "a combined 41% of registered voters saying they’d definitely or probably vote for Biden in the general election, versus 47% who say they’d vote for the eventual Republican nominee."

The "eventual Republican nominee" will be President Trump. He is the frontrunner and is consolidating support with each passing week. It's time to unite around President Trump. We need his experience and leadership back in the White House to save America.

Facts to keep in mind when Joe Biden announces his re-election campaign:

  • The average American household has lost the equivalent of $7,400 in annual income since Biden's inauguration.
    • "Higher borrowing costs and declining real wages mean the average family is effectively $7,400 poorer today than when Biden took office," EJ Antoni, research fellow in regional economics with the Heritage Foundation's Center for Data Analysis, told FOX Business. "That is more than a month’s salary for many families and the equivalent of more than a 10% pay cut for the median household income."
  • Joe Biden's open border has lead to a historic number of illegal border crossings. Record numbers of terrorists and deadly drugs are pouring into our nation.
    • Biden has blood on his hands as overdose deaths continue to skyrocket. Todd Bensmen of the Center for Immigration Studies told The New Hampshire Journal, "The source of fentanyl is Mexico and its drug labs. I’m not seeing any evidence that the Biden administration is interested in damming up the source."
  • Biden not only failed to competently withdraw American forces from Afghanistan, but now we're learning that "bllions of dollars in United States foreign aid meant for the people of Afghanistan may instead be lining the pockets of terrorists."

Ron DeSantis and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Tuesday

It hasn't been a great day for Ron DeSantis.

Two different Congressmen from Florida, John Rutherford and Brian Mast announced their endorsement of President Trump. Seven Congressmen from Florida have now endorsed Donald Trump for President.

Congressman Lance Gooden also endorsed President Trump on Tuesday. He endorsed President Trump following a meeting with DeSantis in D.C.

"I met with Governor DeSantis, and he has done commendable work in Florida, there is no doubt in my mind that President Trump is the only leader who can save America from the leftist onslaught we are currently facing," Rep. Gooden said in a statement. "I wholeheartedly endorse President Donald J. Trump for the 2024 presidential election and vow to fight alongside him to reclaim our country from the leftist forces that threaten to destroy it."

It's not just lawmakers' lack of support for Ron DeSantis that has made this Tuesday particularly rough for the Florida governor, but the polling that was released continues to show Donald Trump is the favorite of Republican voters.

A New Hampshire poll from J.L. Partners that was conducted between April 2 and April 11 shows President Trump with a massive lead. President Trump leads with 51 percent and DeSantis follows at 18 percent. New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu is in third with 10 percent.

In a hypothetical head-to-head matchup in New Hampshire, President Trump is at 53 percent and DeSantis is 30 points behind at 33 percent.

Good evening!

President Trump has had a great week. He started it with an interview on Tucker Carlson Tonight in which President Trump spoke about the threats facing America.

"The biggest problem we have in the whole world, it’s not global warming, it’s nuclear warming," President Trump said. Tucker Carlson remarked that President Trump's understanding of "world affairs is so much more nuanced and sophisticated and pro-American than the moronic neocons currently in charge."

President Trump's leadership on the world stage is needed right now and that's why he continues to receive endorsements. Just today, Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) endorsed President Trump. "Under President Trump, our border was secure, our nation was energy independent, & we witnessed a Blue-Collar Boom that lifted up American workers of all backgrounds. Under President Trump’s leadership, we engaged with strength, & we encouraged our allies to stand strong with us," Sen. Hagerty wrote on Twitter.

It's not just elected Republicans who are rallying around President Trump. Polling continues to show that President Trump is the clear favorite of GOP primary voters. In Georgia, a poll shows President Trump is ahead at 51 percent. An Iowa poll shows President Trump is the frontrunner by 30 percent.

The party will continue to rally around President Trump as he is our best chance to make America great again.

Everyone is talking about “Pudding Fingers” and DeSantis’ support for slashing senior entitlements:

  • Make America Great Again, Inc.’s latest ad went viral on Friday for exposing Ron DeSantis' support for slashing Social Security and Medicare, and raising the retirement age, as well as for his allegedly bad table manners.

    • The War Room’s Steve Bannon called it one of the “bolder ads” that he’s “seen in recent years in politics.”

President Trump: "They don't want to run against me."

MAGA Inc. News Roundup: Sunday, April 9, 2023

Dear Friends,

This week the world witnessed our nation devolve into chaos. Regardless of political affiliation, any citizen who appreciates the pillars of a freedom that is equal and a justice that is blind will remember this week with a sense of deep regret and sorrow. Yet, from his words Tuesday night following his arrest to his unwavering love for our nation, President Donald J. Trump will not let this week mark the end of the great American story. That is why on this special day where many in our nation celebrate the revival, I want to share a story and message of hope.

While living in Egypt from 2009-2011, I befriended a taxicab driver. On weekends, we would explore Cairo, providing an opportunity to see a struggling nation through a different lens.

On one occasion, I asked Abdo what needed to change in Egypt for the country to be prosperous again. Without missing a beat, he responded, “Egypt needs to burn to the ground and then rise like a phoenix from the ashes.”

At the time, it seemed like a dramatic response, which was largely lost on me. That was until my State Department evacuation flight was circling Cairo, as the city was quite literally burning to the ground. The Arab Spring was sweeping through North Africa and Egypt was falling at the hands of a citizens-led revolution.

In America, the answer to the question of, “How do we make America great again?,” is not that it needs to burn to the ground—and shame on the radical left who regularly resort to violence in pursuit of their political goals.

America, however, does need a revival. We need to recognize the historic and consequential moment that we find ourselves in—both as a society and a nation. If we do not step up in this moment, we are truly risking everything. The very pillars of freedom and justice are being burned to the ground through a partisan political majority who is willing to sacrifice everything in pursuit of the radical remaking of our nation.

There is only one person who can rise to this moment, who can lead our nation out of this darkness, and who will truly Make America Great Again. I hope you join us in doing everything you can in this moment. The fight to save America is underway.

Week in Review:

  • Voters are rallying around President Trump. President Trump has a massive lead over the Republican primary field and his campaign announced that they raised $12 million in the week following the announcement of President Trump's indictment. The energy behind President Trump is obvious when looking at the ratings of President Trump's Mar-a-Lago address Tuesday night.
  • Between Fox News, CNN, Newsmax, and NewsNation -- a whopping 9.6 million Americans tuned into President Trump's speech. That's more viewers than there for the Emmy Awards and the season finale of "Last of Us."
  • President Trump will be back on primetime TV this upcoming week with an interview with Tucker Carlson airing on Fox News on Tuesday.
  • Many say that "if they can go after President Trump, then they can go after you." This indictment of President Trump is already a direct attack on American citizens. It's an effort to destroy our democracy. Fortunately, it appears to be backfiring on Alvin Bragg.

Each new poll delivers good news for President Trump:

  • President Trump is the first choice of Republican voters in New Hampshire and Iowa.
    • WMUR: "A New Hampshire poll shows that former President Donald Trump is holding a dominant lead in the race for the Republican presidential nomination among Granite State voters. The Republican primary in New Hampshire is shaping up as a two-person race between Trump, with 42% support, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, with 29% support."
    • Florida Politics: "A new Hawkeye State poll shows Ron DeSantis with considerable ground to make up against Donald Trump. In a survey of 608 likely Iowa caucus participants from J.L. Partners, the former President commands 41% support, 15 points ahead of the Florida Governor."
  • President Trump is at over 50 percent support in several national primary polls.
    • The RealClearPolitics polling average shows President Trump at 52 percent, Ron DeSantis at 24.9 percent, Mike Pence at 4.9 percent, Nikki Haley at 3.9 percent, Liz Cheney at 3.4 percent, Noem at 1.5 percent, Christie at 1.2 percent, Pompeo at 1.1 percent, Ramaswamy at 0.9 percent, Tim Scott at 0.8 percent, Sununu at 0.6 percent, and Youngkin at 0.5 percent.
    • Reuters/Ipsos: Trump 58 percent, DeSantis 21 percent, Pence 4 percent, Cheney 3 percent, Haley 1 percent, Youngkin 1 percent, Pompeo 1 percent, Ramaswamy 1 percent
    • Yahoo News: Trump 52 percent, DeSantis 21 percent, Haley 5 percent, Pence 3 percent, Christie 2 percent, Pompeo 2 percent, Ramaswamy 1 percent.
  • A minority of Americans want Biden to be president again.
    • CNN: "Just a third of Americans say President Joe Biden deserves to be reelected, according to a new CNN Poll conducted by SSRS, as a majority in his party say they would like to see someone else as the Democratic nominee for president next year."

Scathing criticism of Bragg’s political persecution—and the danger it poses to our nation—continues to mount:

  • “Yeah, I don’t think it has any merit,” former Attorney General Bill Barr stated on ABC’s “This Week.” “I think it is transparently an abuse of prosecutorial power to accomplish a political end…There’s a host of other problems having to do with the statute of limitations, his failure to specify exactly what the other crime was that was being committed that makes this into a felony. So, I found what’s been put out very opaque. I think if he has a good case, he would specify exactly what his case is.”
  • “My concern is that you’re opening a form of Pandora’s Box,” former Senator Scott Brown told CNN’s Dana Bash on Sunday. “This has never happened in our country’s history – to take something that is a state issue and morph it after the statute of limitations passes into a federal issue. What happens if a red state DA all of a sudden wants to take on one of yours? Is that where we’re going now? It’s going to discourage people from running.”
  • “He’s very mindful of the historic nature of prosecutors flipping our criminal justice system upside down,” Jim Trusty, a member of President Trump’s legal team, told Jonathan Karl on ABC’s “This Week.” “Alvin Bragg ran for office saying he’s the best guy to take out Donald Trump…It is an absurd situation that multiple prosecutors passed by this rancid ham sandwich of an indictment and Alvin Bragg suddenly decides to do it, perhaps with the help of a senior advisor who parachuted in from DOJ to help him on this thing…This is a different criminal justice system if we go down this road.”

While Democrats try to knock President Trump out of the race, Americans are facing multiple crises on multiple fronts:

  • Under Joe Biden, inflation has outstripped wage growth for 22 months.
  • Border agents are preparing for a surge in illegal crossings in the next weeks, as one of their last tools to turn illegal immigrants away—Title 42—is set to expire next month.
  • Thanks to Biden, China is systematically undermining U.S. interests around the globe:
    • After a six-hour meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that Europe must not get “caught up in crises that are not ours,” referring to growing Chinese global aggression. He also stated that Europe must break away from the “extraterritoriality of the U.S. dollar.”
    • In the Middle East, China is brokering deals between Saudi Arabia and Iran and the Saudis have indicated that they could conduct their oil sales in the Chinese yuan, instead of the U.S. dollar.
    • The Biden Family is compromised by China and, as a result, America’s power on the world stage—and our ability to achieve peace through strength—is being undermined daily by Beijing and the Chinese Communist Party.
  • President Trump’s record on creating wealth for America’s forgotten men and women, securing the border, and taking on China is unassailable. Donald Trump doesn’t need on-the-job training—he is the only candidate with the plan and ability to tackle these issues on his first day back in office.

ICYMI: Why DeSantis Can’t Win in ‘24

Make America Great Again Inc. spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt lays out in Newsmax why Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is not electable. You can read the op-ed here.

Leavitt: "Right now, is when Florida's chief executive should be peaking.

DeSantis is on his presidential campaign disguised as a book tour. He’s received nonstop friendly interviews.

What did DeSantis get in exchange for all this national exposure?

A collapse in polling.  Recent polls from Reuters and Yahoo News show a double-digit drop in support for him.

Support for Donald J. Trump has been surging among Republicans and he is the favorite to win in a general election.

That’s what this Alvin Bragg indictment is all about"

President Trump Addresses The Nation

President Trump responded to Alvin Bragg's bogus indictment in an address to the nation from his home at Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday night.

"The only crime that I have committed is to fearlessly defend our nation from those who seek to destroy it," President Trump declared

"We are a nation in decline. And now these radical left lunatics want to interfere with our elections by using law enforcement," President Trump added. "We can’t let that happen...I have no doubt nevertheless that we will make America great again."

Legal experts agree with President Trump that there is no crime here. Jesse Watters asked former U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman, "Can you figure out what the big crime is here?" Tolman replied, "I finally did figure it out. It’s being Donald Trump."

George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley told Bret Baier, "I've never seen an indictment quite like this one" and "there’s no there there."

Alvin Bragg's indictment unified conservatives. The criticism was unanimous:

Speaker Kevin McCarthy: “Alvin Bragg is attempting to interfere in our democratic process by invoking federal law to bring politicized charges against President Trump, admittedly using federal funds, while at the same time arguing that the peoples’ representatives in Congress lack jurisdiction to investigate this farce. Not so. Bragg’s weaponization of the federal justice process will be held accountable by Congress.”

John Bolton: This indictment is "even weaker than I feared it would be and I think it's easily subject to being dismissed or a quick acquittal for Trump."

Rep. Thomas Massie: “Alvin Bragg should be disbarred and removed from office. This is an egregious abuse of the legal system for political purposes and threatens the fabric of our judicial system.”

Justin Amash: “After reading DA Bragg’s indictment of Trump and accompanying statement of facts, I’m stunned any prosecutor would move forward with this. It’s even flimsier than we were led to believe. Thirty-four stacked counts, bootstrapped to an unstated crime, to manufacture felony charges.”

Sen. Mitt Romney: The indictment a “dangerous precedent for criminalizing political opponents and damages the public’s faith in our justice system.”

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "Communist Democrats arrested President Trump because he’s the only man standing in their way as they fight for a hostile takeover of America. We will never abandon him."

Sen. Mike Lee: "I have spent my life in the law, I hold our justice system in the highest regard. This isn't justice, solenly and blindly carried out. This is using the law to selectively punish for political gain. It is a disgrace and will profoundly change our country for the worse."

Rep. Elise Stefanik: “The shameful arrest of President Trump is an unprecedented and chilling chapter in the Left’s weaponization of the justice system against their leading political opponent.”

Andrew McCarthy: “If the judge does his job right here, the case should be dismissed...I would dismiss it on its face because it fails to state a crime. Here, it fails to state a crime 34 times.”

John Yoo: “There’s a big hole in this case, in this indictment, and the statement of facts that were released with it do nothing to fill that hole.”

Tucker Carlson: “Trump was criminally charged because he is planning to challenge Joe Biden in the upcoming presidential election. It’s really that simple...This is the boldest election interference ever attempted in this country’s history.”

Judge Jeanine Pirro: “This is a whole lot of nothing.”

Sen. J.D. Vance: "Bragg’s entire career is about normalizing violent crime. Just crazy that he’s bringing this weak case in the middle of a presidential election."

Vivek Ramaswamy: "Alvin Bragg is effectively prosecuting a federal crime under the guise of state law. That has profound consequences."

Former Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe: "Alvin Bragg’s unsealed indictment is an indictment of Alvin Bragg. Legitimate law schools will forever use this indictment to teach the concept of prosecutorial abuse of discretion. All Americans, regardless of political persuasions, should condemn this indictment as the travesty of justice and political persecution that it so clearly demonstrates."

Everyone Agrees That This Is A Farce

Today, America witnessed an unprecedent attack on our justice system. Liberal District Attorney Alvin Bragg successfully weaponized a local public office to arrest and indict the leading candidate for President of the United States, President Donald J. Trump. So-called progressive prosecutors have brought chaos to local jurisdictions across our nation, but now Bragg has proven that Soros-backed prosecutors can attempt to destroy the nation as a whole.

This embarrassing, “bare-bones” indictment is a stain on our nation, which will only be washed away by returning President Donald J. Trump to the White House, where he belongs.

Background:

  • America is finally united. Everyone is in agreement that Alvin Bragg's indictment of Donald Trump is a farce.
    • CNN legal analyst Carrie Cordero said Tuesday afternoon that "in terms of a case that is being brought against a former president, it is a little underwhelming."
    • John Bolton later spoke on CNN and said that he is "extraordinarily distressed" by the indictment. Bolton added that it is "even weaker than I feared it would be and I think it's easily subject to being dismissed or a quick acquittal for Trump."
    • Speaker Kevin McCarthy said: "Alvin Bragg is attempting to interfere in our democratic process by invoking federal law to bring politicized charges against President Trump, admittedly using federal funds, while at the same time arguing that the peoples’ representatives in Congress lack jurisdiction to investigate this farce. Not so. Bragg’s weaponization of the federal justice process will be held accountable by Congress."
    • Sen. Marsha Blackburn said, "President Trump’s indictment is a gross abuse of power by a Democrat DA to get an outcome that the left has wanted for years."
  • One of Alvin Bragg’s key witnesses is Michael Cohen, a convicted perjurer.
    • Cohen’s previous attorney Bob Costello called Cohen a “serial liar."
  • Alvin Bragg claimed during his press conference that he "cannot and will not normalize serious criminal conduct." This is laughable. One of the first things Bragg did in office was direct "his staff not to prosecute armed robberies."
    • For more information on Bragg, you should read this article from The Daily Mail: "REVEALED: Terrifying rap sheets of the ten worst NYC criminals who were REPEATEDLY released by Manhattan DA Bragg as he focused on Trump indictment"

Sen. Hyde-Smith Endorses Trump

U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith endorsed Donald Trump for President on Monday.

Sen. Hyde-Smith: "The prosecution of President Trump in New York is a political stunt by a prosecutor whose campaign was funded by George Soros. That charade is all about self-promotion by the prosecutor and has nothing to do with justice. I believe the whole affair will backfire on the prosecutor and Democrats.

President Trump’s policies made America better. Because of his agenda, we secured hundreds of miles across the U.S.-Mexico border, we cut taxes, we appointed conservative judges, we had a healthy economy, wages were increasing, we were respected around the globe, and we were energy independent. I support a return to those policies and to President Trump’s effective leadership.  Further, President Trump has been attentive to the needs of Mississippi, he has made multiple trips here along with members of his Administration, and Mississippians can count on him to continue to focus on our priorities.

Therefore, I am endorsing Donald J. Trump for another term in the White House and will be working to assist him in winning the Republican nomination for President in 2024. I urge my fellow Mississippians and fellow Republicans across the country to join me in supporting President Trump and working on his behalf."

Hyde-Smith isn't the only prominent Republican to endorse President Trump following Alvin Bragg's bogus indictment.

Rep. Jim Banks endorsed President Trump following the indictment in an interview with Tony Katz.

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's indictment of President Trump is backfiring on the Democrat Party. Bragg will not be rewarded for abusing his power.

Pollingconducted after Bragg's indictment shows President Trump growing his lead over the primary field. This isn't surprising considering polling conducted for MAGA Inc. before the indictment showed that 83 percent of Republican primary voters believe Bragg's case is politically motivated and without merit.

This indictment is clearly driven by politics. President Trump has been a target of Democrats ever since he rode down the golden escalator at Trump Tower in 2015. No other Republican has been treated like President Trump has because no other Republican represents such a threat to the establishment that has failed America.

Fortunately for us, President Trump won't back down. He will be back in the White House. President Trump will defeat this latest attempt to destroy him, and he will come out stronger just like he has every time before.

Taylor Budowich

CEO, MAGA Inc.

Everyone seems to agree that this is a sham indictment:

  • Legal minds agree that this case is without merit. This indictment would not have occurred for any other defendant.
    • Alan Dershowitz: "I don’t think any right-thinking person will tell you that this indictment would have occurred, but for the fact that the man’s name is Donald Trump."
    • Bill Barr, former Attorney General: “It's the epitome of the abuse of prosecutorial power to bring a case that would not be brought against anyone else. They are going after the man, not a crime. And the legal theory, frankly, is pathetically weak… They're assuming that the payments were a campaign finance violation because they were effectively a contribution to the Trump campaign. I can tell you that's not the law. I don't think that's how the Justice Department would view it.”
    • Solomon Wisenberg, criminal defense attorney: “The question to ask yourself in a case like this… would a case like this be brought against anybody else, whether he or she be president, former president or a regular citizen? The answer is… no.”
  • Even Bragg's predecessor, the liberal Cy Vance is unsure of the strength of this case.
  • This is a case the Department of Justice chose not to prosecute, which brings Bragg's judgement into question.
    • Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law professor: “For many months, this bootstrapping theory has been put out there, this idea that you could take a misdemeanor under New York law that has expired, that has a two year statute of limitations, and revive it by connecting it to a federal crime, in this case, the federal election violation. Now, there's a host of problems with that. First of all, it's a federal crime the Department of Justice chose not to prosecute. Bragg's own predecessor declined to prosecute, but he is attempting to bootstrap that federal crime into a state case. And if that is the basis for the indictment, I think it's rather outrageous. I think it's legally pathetic.”
  • The "star" witness is convicted liar Michael Cohen.
    • President Trump's attorney Joe Tacopina on Michael Cohen, "He's someone who is constitutionally incapable of telling the same story the same way twice!"
    • Cohen's former attorney Bob Costello told the grand jury that Cohen is a "serial liar."
  • Even the liberal media has its doubts about the case.
    • The Washington Post editorial board calls it a "shaky" case using a "novel" strategy.

Conservatives are rallying around President Trump:

  • Republican congressmen, senators, and governors all came out with statements in support of President Trump following Alvin Bragg's indictment:
    • Speaker Kevin McCarthy: “Alvin Bragg has irreparably damaged our country in an attempt to interfere in our Presidential election. As he routinely frees violent criminals to terrorize the public, he weaponized our sacred system of justice against President Donald Trump. The American people will not tolerate this injustice, and the House of Representatives will hold Alvin Bragg and his unprecedented abuse of power to account.”
    • Governor Jim Justice: "Truly, what has happened to OUR America? I am so sorrowed abut the lack of respect shown toward the commitment and accomplishments that President Trump has given us. I am sorrowed at the witch hunt on President Trump and his entire family. I am so sorrowed at the lack of respect toward us -- OUR America."
    • Sen. Eric Schmitt: “This is purely a partisan case against President Trump…Soros DA Bragg campaigned on prosecuting President Trump, while violent crime in NYC rages on & violent criminals walk free…This is a political prosecution in search of a crime & sets a dangerous precedent going forward.”
    • House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik: “The unprecedented election interference from corrupt Socialist District Attorney Alvin Bragg is a political witch-hunt and a dark day for America. The radical Far Left will stop at nothing to persecute Joe Biden’s chief political opponent ahead of the 2024 presidential election to suppress the will and voice of the American people. Tens of millions of patriotic Americans have never been so energized to exercise their constitutional rights to peacefully organize and VOTE at the ballot box to save our great republic by electing President Donald J. Trump in 2024.”
    • Rep. Matt Gaetz: “President Donald Trump always fought for us. He puts the American people above corrupt interests. For that reason alone, the powerful will never stop coming for him. A majority of Americans know Alvin Bragg’s witch hunt is a politically motivated prosecution. I continue to stand with President Trump as he has always stood with us.”
    • Sen. J.D. Vance: "Today's indictment of President Trump is a political persecution masquerading as law. Donald Trump is the former President of the United States, the leader of our nation's political opposition, an the presumptive Republican nominee in 2024. Alvin Bragg's decision to indict him is blatant election interference and a direct assault on the tens of millions of Americans who support him."

  • Key conservative thought leaders are critcizing this indictment.
    • Tucker Carlson: "This effort today is one in a long line of unprecedented steps that permanent Washington has taken to stop Donald Trump from holding office in a democracy."
    • Laura Ingraham: Democrats "have proven themselves to be the ultimate election meddlers. Pursuing a specious criminal case against former President Trump for one reason, and one reason only, because they’re worried that he might win again."
    • Mark Levin: "This is a war on the party. It is a war on conservatism and MAGA. It is an effort, an effort, to ensure Donald Trump can never be president again."
    • Glenn Beck: Donald Trump "has been taking the bullet for the average person now for years, and people on the right feel like he’s the only guy that really gets what the people are feeling."

    • Tomi Lahren: "Thanks to Alvin Bragg, you just looked at our 2024 Republican presidential nominee. I think 100 million Americans probably became ultra MAGA tonight."
    • Washington Times opinion editor Charlie Hurt: "Donald Trump represents an existential threat to these statists like these Democrats."
    • Charlie Kirk: "Alvin Bragg lowered 52% of criminal charges in NYC last year to misdemeanors. He just bent over backwards legally to raise the charges against Trump to a felony.   WITCH HUNT!!"

  • Lawmakers who have not been supportive of President Trump before are even condemning the indictment.
    • New York Times: "2 Pro-Impeachment Senators Question Motives Behind Trump Indictment"
      •  "Joe Manchin, a Democrat, and Bill Cassidy, a Republican, both voted to convict Donald Trump after Jan. 6. They expressed concern on Sunday that the criminal case against him is political."

Never-Trump RINO Asa Hutchinson Announces Presidential Bid

Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson on Sunday announced that he will be running for the Republican nomination for president in a pre-taped segment for ABC’s “This Week With George Stephanopoulos.”

As the only Republican defending Alvin Bragg’s politically motivated persecution of President Trump and calling on him to drop out of the race, the former Clinton staffer’s show is a fitting venue to announce -- Hutchinson's only fans are in the liberal media.

Here is what conservatives should know about former Governor Asa Hutchinson:

  • Former Gov. Hutchinson signed legislation supporting illegal immigrants. Hutchinson signed legislation to give in-state college tuition to illegal immigrants in Arkansas.
  • Hutchinson vetoed legislation that would have prohibited doctors from prescribing puberty-blockers to minors. Tucker Carlson told Hutchinson in an interview, "you’ve come out publicly as pro-choice on the question of chemical castration of children."
  • Hutchinson raised taxes on motorists in Arkansas in 2019 with an additional 3 cent levy per gallon of gas and an additional 6 cent levy per gallon of diesel.
  • Hutchinson vetoed a bill that would have invalidated federal gun control restrictions after the bill overwhelmingly passed the Arkansas House and Senate.

Yahoo News: “Trump surges to largest-ever lead over DeSantis”

Yahoo News: "In the previous Yahoo News/YouGov survey, which was conducted less than two weeks ago, Trump (47%) led DeSantis (39%) by eight percentage points in a head-to-head matchup among registered voters who are Republicans or Republican-leaning independents. As recently as February, it was DeSantis who was narrowly ahead of Trump, 45% to 41%.

But the new, post-indictment poll suddenly finds Trump lapping DeSantis by 26 percentage points — 57% to 31% — in a one-on-one contest. The former president even attracts majority support (52%, up from 44% previously) when pitted against a wider, 10-candidate field of declared and potential GOP challengers, while DeSantis plummets to 21% (down from 28%).

By the same token, a full 54% of Republicans and Republican leaners would now prefer Trump to be the GOP’s 2024 presidential nominee rather than 'someone else' (33%) — up from 51% Trump, 39% someone else last time. The survey of 1,089 U.S. adults was conducted in the first 24 hours after a New York grand jury voted to indict Trump, as news about the case continued to break and sink in."

Republicans Rally Around President Trump

The Republican Party is uniting around President Trump in response to the Manhattan District Attorney's political prosecution.

Ever since President Trump came down the golden escalator at Trump Tower in June 2015, the Democrats have weaponized government in an effort to take him out. They failed with the Russia hoax, they failed with both impeachments, and now they will fail with Alvin Bragg's bogus case. Legalexperts all agree that there is no crime here and it is a political prosecution.

"Nothing worth doing, ever, ever, ever, came easy," President Trump said in 2017. He's right and we know he will keep fighting for us. Watch our reaction video to the indictment here

See below for responses from prominent Republicans and conservatives to Thursday's indictment news:

Governor Ron DeSantis: "The weaponization of the legal system to advance a political agenda turns the rule of law on its head. It is un-American. The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent. Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda."

Speaker Kevin McCarthy: “Alvin Bragg has irreparably damaged our country in an attempt to interfere in our Presidential election. As he routinely frees violent criminals to terrorize the public, he weaponized our sacred system of justice against President Donald Trump. The American people will not tolerate this injustice, and the House of Representatives will hold Alvin Bragg and his unprecedented abuse of power to account.”

Mike Pence: “I think the unprecedent indictment of a former President of the United States, on a campaign finance issue, is an outrage. And it appears to millions of Americans to be nothing more than a political prosecution that’s driven by a prosecutor who literally ran for office on a pledge to indict the former president.”

Sen. Ted Cruz: “The Democrat Party’s hatred for Donald Trump knows no bounds. The ‘substance’ of this political persecution is utter garbage. This is completely unprecedented and is a catastrophic escalation in the weaponization of the justice system.”

Tucker Carlson: "This effort today is one in a long line of unprecedented steps that permanent Washington has taken to stop Donald Trump from holding office in a democracy."

Jesse Watters: “They think the mug shot will scare you. They’re wrong. This will light a fire inside every rational thinking American.”

Sen.

Rep. Elise Stefanik: “The unprecedented election interference from corrupt Socialist District Attorney Alvin Bragg is a political witch-hunt and a dark day for America.

Mike Pompeo: “The Manhattan DA is undermining America’s confidence in our legal system. Bragg is the same Soros-funded prosecutor who refuses to prosecute violent crimes and who has downgraded more than half of all felonies to misdemeanors. Prosecuting serious crimes keeps Americans safe, but political prosecutions put the American legal system at risk of being viewed as a tool for abuse.  DA Bragg - spend taxpayers’ money and your energy protecting law-abiding citizens. Not playing politics.”

Vivek Ramaswamy: “The politically motivated indictment of the 45th President of the United States marks a dark moment in American history. It will undermine public trust in our electoral system & justice system. It is un-American for the ruling party to use police power to arrest its political rivals.”

Sen. Tommy Tuberville: “Indicting a former President is an unprecedented step and it’s a threat to our democracy. Stop the witch hunt now.”

Sen. Josh Hawley: “This is about power, it is a demonstration of raw power. I think the Democrats know this has nothing to do with the law. They are sending a message, and the message is they will use any power that they have to interfere in the next presidential election. They will not willingly allow Donald Trump to run for president, they will not willingly lose the next election, they’re going to use every means at their disposal.”

Sen. Chuck Grassley: “Pres Trump was reportedly just indicted on an incredibly weak case after feds declined to prosecute Smells like politicization of our justice system Why isn’t DA Bragg cracking down on recent crime in NY to keep public safe??”

Governor Jim Justice: "Truly, what has happened to OUR America? I am so sorrowed abut the lack of respect shown toward the commitment and accomplishments that President Trump has given us. I am sorrowed at the witch hunt on President Trump and his entire family. I am so sorrowed at the lack of respect toward us -- OUR America."

Laura Ingraham: Democrats "have proven themselves to be the ultimate election meddlers. Pursuing a specious criminal case against former President Trump for one reason, and one reason only, because they’re worried that he might win again."

Sen. Thom Tillis: “This indictment doesn't pass the smell test. The Department of Justice already looked into the facts and decided there was no case to be made against President Trump. This is the same District Attorney who is notorious for letting violent criminals off the hook in Manhattan, but has been laser-focused on pursuing a politicized prosecution of a former president. Politics should never tip the scales of justice, and Congress has every right to investigate the conduct and decision-making of the Manhattan D.A.’s office.”

Sen.

Sen. Steve Daines: “Let’s call this what it is: a political prosecution from a rogue DA who campaigned on indicting @RealDonaldTrump. The American people will see through this prosecutorial misconduct.”

Gov. Kim Reynolds: “This sham indictment only serves as a reminder to Americans that there is a two-tiered justice system under Joe Biden. While New York faces an open season for crime, the Manhattan DA is focused on arresting a former president. This is what an assault on democracy looks like—using government power to go after your political opponents—and it’s coming directly from those who proclaim to ‘defend’ it. This isn’t normal, it isn’t ‘justice,’ and it’s certainly not what America stands for.”

Gov. Glenn Youngkin: “It is beyond belief that District Attorney Alvin Bragg has indicted a former President and current presidential candidate for pure political gain. Arresting a presidential candidate on a manufactured basis should not happen in America. The left’s continued attempts to weaponize our judicial system erode people’s faith in the American justice system and it needs to stop.”

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise: “The sham New York indictment of President Donald Trump is one of the clearest examples of extremist Democrats weaponizing government to attack their political opponents. Outrageous.”

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer: "It’s a sad state of affairs when socialist DA’s would rather pursue a politically motivated witch hunt against President Donald Trump than crack down on violent crime. The American people won’t forget."

Mark Levin: "This is a war on the party. It is a war on conservatism and MAGA. It is an effort, an effort, to ensure Donald Trump can never be president again."

Sen. Markwayne Mullin: "Radical leftists have been going after President Trump since day one -- this sham of an indictment is no different. Instead of blindly attacking tthe 45ht President, Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg should address the skyrocketing crime epidemic in his own backyard -- a direct result of soft-on-crime policies. This latest witch-hunt will only make President Trump stronger."

Rep.

Rep. Claudia Tenney: “Soros-backed District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s witch-hunt targeting President Donald Trump is a political persecution with purely malicious intent. Bragg has repeatedly allowed violent criminals to walk the streets, downgrading 52% of felony charges to misdemeanors. Yet now he has decided to spend precious taxpayer dollars and resources on this outrageous case against Donald Trump, and only after he announced he was running for president. Every American should be concerned about this gross abuse of power and the politicized two-tiered system of justice we now have in America. I once again call on Governor Kathy Hochul to act. Uphold the rule of law and remove Alvin Bragg from office for, among other things, his failure to enforce the law and his blatant politicization of the criminal justice system.”

Rep. Jim Jordan: “Outrageous.”

Glenn Beck: Donald Trump "has been taking the bullet for the average person now for years, and people on the right feel like he’s the only guy that really gets what the people are feeling."

Rep. Wesley Hunt: “A Manhattan Grand Jury at the behest of a weaponized prosecutor; who received a million dollars from Soros, has indicted a former U.S. President.  This unprecedented attack against Trump is an assault on everything we hold sacred about our Republic. If they can come for him, they can come for you.  Our judicial system is not blind or just, it has been weaponized by dangerous people hellbent on remaking our nation into something unrecognizable.”

Tomi Lahren: "Thanks to Alvin Bragg, you just looked at our 2024 Republican presidential nominee. I think 100 million Americans probably became ultra MAGA tonight."

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: “My President is innocent and the only one standing in the way of these modern day tyrants, just like our founding fathers did, to protect each of us from evil.”

Rep. August Pfluger: “The indictment against President Trump by a radical Manhattan DA is a joke. We cannot allow this weaponization of our justice system to stand.”

Rep. Russell Fry: “The Democrats know that President Trump is what America needs and they’ll do anything in their power to prevent him from taking office again. This is nothing but a political prosecution that shouldn’t be happening in our country.”

Rep. Max Miller: “The American people should see this indictment for what it truly is: A politically motivated prosecution by a DA who is pursuing Donald Trump for political reasons.”

Rep. Ronny Jackson: “This is a dark day in American history. President Trump’s only “crime” was MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! These cowardly Democrats HATE Trump and HATE his voters even more. When Trump wins, THESE PEOPLE WILL PAY!!”

Rep. Troy Nehls: “Real America knows this is all a sham.”

Rep. Lauren Boebert: “The weaponization of our justice system CAN NOT STAND!”

Rep. Jim Banks: “If Donald Trump wasn’t running for President they wouldn’t be prosecuting him.”

Rep. Byron Donalds: “Today’s political indictment of Former President Trump is a dark day in American history and a threat to our Republic by Alvin Bragg and the Democratic Party machine. It’s unfathomable to me that this could happen in America. This is political persecution that must not stand!”

Rep. Andy Biggs: “President Donald J. Trump has just been indicted by an extremist NY District Attorney. No president of the United States has ever been criminally indicted. Trump Derangement Syndrome has infiltrated our judicial system and if they can come for him, they can come for anyone.”

Rep. Mary Miller: “The partisan Manhattan D.A. is leading a political witch-hunt to punish Joe Biden’s political opponents instead of getting justice for actual crime victims in the increasingly violent New York City…I join many of my constituents in offering my support for President Trump as he fights to defend our democracy from this latest Soros-funded attack on the rule of law.”

Kari Lake: “This is a dark moment in the history of our Nation. The Radical Left and their weaponized criminal justice system have crossed all legal & ethical lines in an attempt to destroy the 45th & 47th President of the United State of America Donald J. Trump. It only makes him stronger.”

Charlie Kirk: “Alvin Bragg lowered 52% of criminal charges in NYC last year to misdemeanors. He just bent over backwards legally to raise the charges against Trump to a felony. WITCH HUNT!!”

Rep. Cory Mills: “Yet again we have an example of a weaponized judicial system. If you’re not on their side, they will come after you…The Biden admin is failing, and this is just another political distraction.”

Rep. Jason Smith: “NYC DA Alvin Bragg’s case has only been about one thing from the start — targeting President Donald Trump for political gain. Bragg’s case is so questionable that any respected prosecutor would have long since walked away. The truth will be exposed in the days and months ahead.”

Rep. Mike Johnson: “Many of us were traveling home from Congress this evening when news broke that the Soros-funded, violent crime-ignoring D.A. Alvin Bragg is proceeding with a bogus indictment of former President Donald Trump. This unprecedented weaponization of our justice system is as shameless as it is dangerous. The Left now knows no bounds. We will keep fighting around the clock to expose and defeat their perverse agenda and restore the rule of law.”

Rep. Randy Weber: “Trump being indicted is an example of our justice system being used to target political opponents. They have been playing with fire since Trump ran. This is a sham and will erode confidence in our justice system and interfere in future presidential elections.”

Rep. Clay Higgins: “We the People see right through this. Bragg is a political pawn in a game he’s too stupid to comprehend. He’s a peon, a fat zero. The anti-American left is going to fuck around and find out. In the end…Trump wins.”

Rep. Russ Fulcher: “From day one, the Manhattan District Attorney has been driven not by genuine evidence of wrongdoing, but by political motivations. That has tainted his case against President Trump and shaken the trust of Americans in our justice system. Seven years after the election of President Trump, Democrats are still out looking to exact political revenge after previous attempts have failed. When this inevitably fails, what will be the next pretext? Today’s actions have caused irreversible harm to the rule of law, and will further inflame the divisions in our country. To the far-left progressives driving this effort: this will backfire. Americans have figured you out.”

Rep. Michael Cloud: “For a liberal DA to indict former President Trump on a flimsy charge that even Biden’s runaway DOJ had dismissed is totally outrageous. This is the same liberal DA that campaigned on his personal vendetta against President Trump. This kind of third world perversion of justice will not stand.”

Rep. Bob Good: “All Americans should be deeply concerned by devious efforts of a prosecutor using his power to try to damage political opponents. The indictment of President Trump demonstrates that no one is safe from the left’s attempts to destroy those that stand in the way of their agenda.”

Attorney General Daniel Cameron: “Like many Kentuckians, I’m appalled by the political weaponization of our justice system against President Trump. The Manhattan DA is choosing to downplay violent felonies that are occurring in his district every day in favor of politically motivated prosecution, because it appeases the desires of the far-left. These actions are the exact opposite of how voters expect us to treat the law.”

Lee Zeldin: “If Alvin Bragg’s newly secured indictment of President Trump looks like a political prosecution, sounds like a political prosecution, and reeks like a political prosecution, then that’s exactly what this is and precisely how most of America will view it.”

Statement from Taylor Budowich

"This is not an indictment of a crime—there was no crime—instead, this news is the indictment of a failed nation. President Trump is promising to peacefully end the war in Ukraine, dismantle the deep state, and save our country by putting America first. For that, the political elites and powerbrokers have weaponized government to try and stop him. They will fail. He will be re-elected in the greatest landslide in American history, and together we will all Make America Great Again, -- Taylor Budowich, CEO of Make America Great Again Inc.

Ron DeSantis Is Soft On Criminals

While President Trump is the only presidential candidate calling for the death penalty for drug dealers, DeSantis is giving a pass to thieves.

Thanks to Ron DeSantis you can steal up to $750 worth of goods in Florida and not be a felon.

In 2019, Governor DeSantis signed HB 7125. This was a “criminal justice bill” that was celebrated by the “Alliance for Safety and Justice,” which is aSoros-affiliated group.

An executive with Alliance for Safety and Justice praised the bill in the Palm Beach Post, writing: “In the final days of June, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed HB 7125 into law. It marks a new, more effective approach to public safety by enacting justice reforms that align the priorities of crime victims, the safety of all Floridians and justice….It updates the dollar values related to property crime to match current day costs in determining the severity of an offense. This ensures people are still held accountable but eliminates outdated measures that lead to the excessive use of felonies and their resulting barriers.”

An analysis from the Florida House of Representatives noted, “The bill increases the threshold amount for third degree felony retail theft from $300 or more to $750 or more.“

The law that Ron DeSantis signed is very similar to Prop 47, a California ballot initiative that is heavily criticized by conservatives. Prop 47 increased the felony threshold for theft in California from $400 to $950. Crime is rampant in California, and the scenes in Miami this month show a crime wave is already crashing through Florida.

MAGA Inc. News Roundup: Sunday, March 26, 2023

Good evening!

President Trump held his first rally of his 2024 presidential campaign in Waco, Texas Saturday night. More than 15,000 people reportedly attended the rally and lines for the rally stretched for miles.

Before the rally, the president released a list of prominent Texas Republicans endorsing him for 2024. The list includes Texas Lt. Gov Dan Patrick, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, and 11 different U.S. Congressman.

President Trump is undefeated against the Deep State. Despite their attempts to take him out before the 2024 election, Trump's poll numbers are surging. Monmouth University's tracking poll, for example, shows President Trump with 54 percent support among potential Republican primary poll voters.

Taylor Budowich

CEO, MAGA Inc.

Ron DeSantis' terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week:

  • Ron DeSantis is sinking in the polls because Republicans are realizing just how phony he is.
  • DeSantis said that Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's reported plans to abuse his power isn't a "real issue."
    • Congressman Troy Nehls responded: "The comments made by Governor Ron DeSantis about the possible indictment and arrest of President Donald Trump were unfair. The American people now know DeSantis is not yet ready to lead our country. America needs leadership, and Donald Trump will deliver again in 2024."
  • On Ukraine, DeSantis tried to make it seem to Tucker Carlson Tonight that he is not a warmonger, but after catching flack from Republican senators and the Wall Street Journal editorial board, DeSantis resorted to copying John McCain and Mitt Romney's rhetoric on Russia.
  • Washington Times commentary editor Kelly Sadler said, "Donald Trump is true to who he is and we've seen Ron DeSantis flounder, quite frankly, in the past two weeks."
  • All sorts of Republicans -- never-Trumpers and MAGA Republicans -- have criticized Ron DeSantis in the past week.
  • Steve Bannon remarked that DeSantis is "controlled opposition."
  • Daily Beast columnist Matt Lewis wrote that DeSantis "seems out of his league."
  • NBC reported that "Ron DeSantis' donors and allies question if he's ready for 2024."
  • Bloomberg reported: "DeSantis’s Bad Week Shows Beating Trump Will Be a Difficult Task"
  • Axios reported: "With Trump's lead over DeSantis growing over the last month, it's likelier that Trump's support among the MAGA base will be hard to dislodge."

Everyone agrees -- Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg would destroy the American justice system by bringing a bogus case against President Trump:

  •  Rep. James Comer: “This is about politics. This is a presidential candidate. When you look at what we believe the role of Manhattan DA should be is to fight crime. That’s one of the biggest issues in New York…We have a crime crisis in many of our cities, we’re trying to do something about that in the House of Representatives, and one of the reasons we believe we have high crime rates in certain parts of America is because we have prosecutors that are soft on crime.”
  • Dan Abrams, ABC’s Chief Legal Affairs Correspondent: “If this had been you, I don't know that seven years later they would have revisited this misdemeanor and try to turn it into a felony.”
  • Leo Terrell, Civil Rights Attorney: “[Bragg] allows New York City to run rampant with crime — career criminals — he downplays every felony, but he wants to go after Donald Trump…Alvin Bragg is a total embarrassment to the law profession.”
  • Jonathan Turley, George Washington University Law School Professor: “This is a political prosecution, I think it’s very hard to avoid that conclusion based on the lack of law supporting the reported indictment but also how this indictment came about…The fact is that even Democrats have been critical of this proposed indictment."
  •  Al Mottur, Democrat Strategist: “I’m worried about it…Prosecutors have discretion to bring cases, I believe in this instance it’s a bit of an overreach.”

President Trump holds electric rally in front of thousands of supporters in Waco, Texas:

  • President Trump in Waco: "It’s not enough just to stop the forces tearing down America. It’s time to start talking about greatness for our country again. Our objective will be a quantum leap in American standards of living."
  • President Trump in Waco: "We will use all necessary state, local, federal and military resources to carry out the largest domestic deportation operation in American history."
  • President Trump in Waco: "I will implement a four-year plan to phase out all Chinese imports of essential goods and gain total independence from China."
  • President Trump in Waco: "We are a nation that has lost its confidence, its willpower, and its strength. We are a nation that has lost its way. But we we are not going to allow this horror to continue."

“Under my leadership, we will seal it up and we will expand the wall even further.”

“As President, I will immediately end the invasion of our southern border.”

ON ENERGY INDEPENDENCE:

ON GLOBAL PEACE:

“I’m proud to be the only president in decades who did not start a new war…and it’s no coincidence that the Deep State is coming after me even harder since I pledged to swiftly end the war in Ukraine.”

ON CHINA:

“I will revoke China’s Most Favored Nation status. I will implement a four-year plan to phase out all Chinese imports of essential goods and gain total independence from China, which we don’t have right now. And, I will hold the Chinese Communist Party accountable for unleashing the China Virus upon the world.”

The Trump Surge

Pollsters Jim and John McLaughlin wrote in Newsmax on Thursday that new polling shows voters are flocking to President Trump.

Newsmax: This national poll of 1,000 likely voters was conducted between March 17 to March 21.

These new national poll results show that frontrunner President Trump is getting even stronger.

—Although the 2024 general election is 20 months away, President Trump maintains a decisive lead over Joe Biden 48% to 43%.

Having polled for President Trump in 2016 and 2020, although we had a close race in the battleground states, we were losing the national popular vote.

This is not the case today.

Since Joe Biden surrendered Afghanistan, for over a year, President Trump has maintained a decisive lead over Joe Biden. In the battleground states, Trump now leads 51% to 41%. Trump would beat Biden in a landslide.

—Among Republican primary voters 61% want to see Donald Trump run for President again in 2024. That’s up from 57% last month.

—In a field of 13 declared and potential opponents, President Trump leads the pack with 46% of the vote and leads by 23 points over his next closest opponent Ron DeSantis at 23%. Mike Pence gets 8% and all others less. Since January, in this crowded field Trump’s lead has increased by +11%.

—In a one-on-one race Trump vs. DeSantis, Trump now leads by 30 points - 61% to 31%. Since January this is a net +19 point increase for Trump.

This sudden action to indict President Trump is the classic political diversion.

This Is Why Ron DeSantis Is Lashing Out

Ron DeSantis is lashing out against President Trump because his poll numbers keep falling. Unfortunately for DeSantis, sitting down for an interview to bash President Trump with gun-grabber Piers Morgan won't solve his issues with Republican voters.

Ron Is Wrong. This Is A ‘Real Issue’

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis doesn't think that the weaponization of our legal system is a "real issue."

During a press conference Monday, DeSantis was asked about Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's reported plan to abuse the legal system. "I've got real issues I got to deal with here in the state of Florida," DeSantis said. "We've got so many things pending in front of the legislature. I've got to spend my time on issues that actually matter to people."

Democrats abusing the justice system to target Republicans is a real issue that impacts all Americans. Our country won't survive if the courts are weaponized to imprison political opponents.

Donald Trump Jr. put it well in a tweet Monday: "So DeSantis thinks that Dems weaponizing the law to indict President Trump is a 'manufactured circus' & isn't a 'real issue.' Pure weakness. Now we know why he was silent all weekend. He's totally owned by Karl Rove, Paul Ryan & his billionaire donors. 100% Controlled Opposition."

Candace Owens was likewise dismayed by DeSantis' comments. "Anyone surprised by this? Been saying this forever: Desantis is a good Governor but he is establishment and will be a major disappointment to those who think otherwise," Owens tweeted.

DeSantis stands alone.  Republicans are rallying around President Trump:

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy: "Here we go again — an outrageous abuse of power by a radical DA who lets violent criminals walk as he pursues political vengeance against President Trump.   I’m directing relevant committees to immediately investigate if federal funds are being used to subvert our democracy by interfering in elections with politically motivated prosecutions."

Senator Rick Scott: "Speaker McCarthy is right, and I fully support his call for an investigation. No federal dollars should be used to prop up this radical, Soros-backed activist attorney or his gross political attacks."

Senator J.D. Vance: "I've been asked by multiple reporters if an indictment would lead me to rescind my endorsement of Donald Trump. The answer is: hell no. A politically motivated prosecution makes the argument for Trump stronger. We simply don't have a real country if justice depends on politics."

Senator Eric Schmitt: "Trump Derangement Syndrome does not provide legal cover.  The public rightfully expects prosecutors to carry out our responsibilities without political prejudice.  Indictments, investigations and incarceration to settle political scores shows a deep contempt for the rule of law."

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise: "The Manhattan DA refuses to prosecute violent criminals terrorizing citizens on the streets and instead wastes taxpayer money on a political vendetta against President Trump. No wonder hundreds of thousands escaped from New York!"

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik: "What these corrupt leftist prosecutors like Alvin Bragg and their socialist allies fail to understand is that America First Patriots have never been so energized to exercise their constitutional rights to peacefully organize and vote at the ballot box to save our great republic."

Former Vice President Mike Pencetold Breitbart that this "reeks of the kind of political prosecution that we endured back in the days of the Russia hoax." Pence also told ABCthat an arrest of President Trump would be "a politically charged prosecution."

2024 presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy: "This will mark a dark moment in American history and will undermine public trust in our electoral system itself. I call on the Manhattan District Attorney to reconsider this action and to put aside partisan politics in service of preserving our Constitutional republic."

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer: "It's another example of a two-tiered system of justice."

Senator Josh Hawley: "The Democrats used the FBI against parents, they used the FBI against Catholics, they used Big Tech against vaccine critics & anyone who questioned them. Now they want to arrest Trump, their leading political opponent. They are the banana republic party"

Congresswoman Mary Miller: "In a democracy, the voters decide who will be their President through a free & fair election. In a corrupt banana republic, the state arrests their political opposition in order to hold onto power. It means they know they will lose the election because they've done a bad job."

Rep. Matt Gaetz: "The impending indictment is based on an untested, tortured legal theory.   This is an absurd abuse of the criminal process in our politics.   It must be seen for the partisan pathetic ploy it is."

Senator Steve Daines: Alvin Bragg "should focus on the violent criminals terrorizing New York instead of pursuing politically motivated charges against Donald Trump."

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: "If the Manhattan DA indicts President Trump, he will ultimately win even bigger than he is already going to win.   And those Republicans that stand by and cheer for his persecution or do nothing to stop it will be exposed to the people and will be remembered, scorned, and punished by the base.

President Trump did nothing wrong and has always fought for the American people, and we all know it, which is why we love him.  And any Republican who thinks the Democrats will stop this madness once Trump is out of the way is fooling themselves.

Weaponized Government and Political Persecution are new chapters in their playbook and they will use those methods against anyone who stands in their way.  And we are absolutely fed up with the two-tiered justice system or rather INJUSTICE system in America.

The base has had enough of Republicans that won’t stand up for the people and against the Democrats war against Trump, his admin, his supporters, and traditional values."

Rep. Cory Mills: "The recent announcement and blatant politically motivated targeting of Donald Trump  from NY’s AG Bragg is EXACTLY what Americans have come to expect. He’s shown his soft on crime, no bail reform policies for violent criminals, but targets a Fmr. President."

Rep. Russell Fry: "This is just unreal! The Left has ruthlessly tried to sideline President Trump since he first started fighting for the American people. This is just one more unprecedented and legally suspect attack against the President coming from a rogue DA furthering his own political agenda"

Former Congressman Peter King: "The only crime here is being committed by Alvin Bragg, who to me is abusing his duties, his rights, his obligations as a prosecutor."

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note

Hello-

President Trump has been speaking about America as a nation in decline. He has recognized—at every level—a country that has become engulfed in the flames of liberal radicalism. In an overt attempt to remake America, every lever of power is being used to burn our institutions to the ground leaving only a servant-state to the leftist agenda. President Donald Trump is the embodiment of our fight against this effort. He is truly the only person who is ready and able to stand up and fight back.

This weekend President Trump has predicted his imminent arrest by Manhattan’s District Attorney, Alvin Bragg. The case, which even liberal scholars and the mainstream media have written off as meritless, marks the beginning of a dark and consequential time.

For anyone paying attention, this is what happens in failed nations—this seminal moment in history presents a fork in road for the future of our nation.

One path, defined by apathy and fatigue, will be the abandonment of America’s Constitution, the destruction of the rule of law, and result in the beginning of the end for the Great American Experiment. The other path, led by patriots who stand up and get involved right now, is the only hope we have for saving America and the writing of America’s redemption.

President Donald J. Trump is America’s redemption, he is the lifeline of freedom and prosperity, and only through him will America truly be made Great again.

STATUS

  • President Donald J. Trump has been leading by wide margins in every poll, both against the 2024 GOP primary field and in general election polling, and pundits have begun recognizing that his return to the White House is not just likely, but inevitable.
  • Just like clockwork—from Russia, Russia, Russia to the fraudulent impeachments—Democrats are weaponizing the power of government against President Trump.
  • The case lacks merit, has been referred to as the “Zombie case,” and as the Washington Post pointed out, that legal experts are “scratching their heads,” noting that “prosecutors have repeatedly examined the long-established details but decided not to pursue charges against him.”

KEY

  • If DA Alvin Bragg brings this case, it will not only serve to coalesce President Trump’s support, but it will become the single largest in-kind contribution to a federal campaign in political history.

We are in uncharted times and I am reminded of the words of Robert Frost who said, “the only way out is through.” We will not cede the American story to radicals who want to destroy everything that makes our nation great—and we will take note of those who stand with us and those who remain silent in apathy and complacency. We will pursue redemption and revival in this moment of chaos and uncertainty. Together, we will fight for President Trump and ensure America is made great again.

Thank You,

Taylor Budowich

CEO, MAGA Inc.

Republicans stand united with President Trump and recognize that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is attempting to abuse his power:

  • Key Republicans like House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, Senator J.D. Vance, Senator Josh Hawley, and many others are speaking out in defense of President Trump.
  • Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene said, "If the Manhattan DA indicts President Trump, he will ultimately win even bigger than he is already going to win.   And those Republicans that stand by and cheer for his persecution or do nothing to stop it will be exposed to the people and will be remembered, scorned, and punished by the base."
  • Senator Eric Schmitt said, "The reported upcoming arrest of President Trump by hyper partisan Soros prosecutor Alvin Bragg is some Third World Banana Republic lunacy and a very, very dangerous road to go down."
  • Even never-Trumper Jonah Goldberg acknowledged Sunday that if President Trump’s “name were John Smith, Alvin Bragg would not be bringing this case.”

Conservatives are paying attention to who is staying silent right now:

  • Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis both spoke out about the Mar-a-Lago raid on the day it happened. Both remain silent about Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's reported plans to abuse his power. What are they waiting for?
  • "Pay attention to which Republicans spoke out against this corrupt BS immediately and who sat on their hands and waited to see which way the wind was blowing," Donald Trump Jr. said Sunday.
  • Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna wrote Saturday, "Pay attention to who is being silent on what is currently happening to Trump."
  • Congresswoman Lauren Boebert wrote, "We all need to be speaking up against the political persecution of President Trump. This is not the time for silence."

Alvin Bragg has a history of being weak on violent crime:

  • Since he took office, Bragg has downgraded 52% of all felony cases brought before him to misdemeanors. When his office does end up bringing felony charges, they only secure convictions in 51% of cases.
  • In his first memo to his staff upon becoming Manhattan’s new District Attorney, Bragg made it clear that he prioritizes politics over public safety.
    • He instructed prosecutors to seek misdemeanor petty theft charges, as opposed to felony charges, for armed robbers who used firearms or another deadly weapon if “no victims were seriously injured.”
    • Bragg stated that suspected drug dealers can only be charged with felonies if they are accused of committing more “serious” crimes or if they are caught in the act of selling drugs. Otherwise, they would be only charged with misdemeanor possession.
    • In defending this radical, soft-on-crime approach, Bragg stated that “these policy changes not only will, in and of themselves, make us safer; they also will free up prosecutorial resources to focus on violent crime.
  • Bragg gave a six-month “sweetheart plea deal” to Waseem Awawdeh for his role in a violent attack on Joseph Borgen, who was attending a pro-Israel rally in New York in May 2021.
    • According to the New York Post, Awawdeh called the victim a “dirty Jew” during the brutal gang beating, and allegedly told officers that “he would do it again.”
    • Bragg told Jewish Insider that, after considering “the full context of conduct,” he decided that the plea deal was appropriate as “a kind of individualized justice depending upon a person’s role in the charge.”

Update: Comments From DeSantis, Other 2024 Hopefuls After Bragg News

Several reported 2024 presidential hopefuls have commented since the news that District Attorney Alvin Bragg could indict President Trump on bogus charges next week.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' PAC sent out an email on COVID-19 policies from three years ago to collect emails and phone numbers for fundraising platform WinRed. Governor DeSantis also tweeted Saturday evening about his hurricane response last year.

Former Vice President Mike Pence has commented twice since the news. He told Breitbart that this "reeks of the kind of political prosecution that we endured back in the days of the Russia hoax." Pence also told ABC that an arrest of President Trump would be "a politically charged prosecution."

Vivek Ramaswamy has weighed since the news. "This will mark a dark moment in American history and will undermine public trust in our electoral system itself," Ramaswamy wrote. "I call on the Manhattan District Attorney to reconsider this action and to put aside partisan politics in service of preserving our Constitutional republic.

Ramaswamy later tweeted, "I held a press conference following my South Carolina speech. I called on GOP donor class favorites Ron DeSantis  and  Nikki Haley  to join me by 9 AM tomorrow in calling on the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg to abandon the political persecution through prosecution of the 45th president."

Which 2024 Hopefuls Are Weighing In On Alvin Bragg?

Key Republicans, such as Speaker Kevin McCarthy, weighed in on Saturday in defense of President Trump against a potential abuse of power by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Vivek Ramaswamy, a declared 2024 candidate, also released a statement Saturday defending President Trump. "A Trump indictment would be a national disaster. It is un-American for the ruling party to use police power to arrest its political rivals. If a Republican prosecutor in 2004 had used a campaign finance technicality to arrest then-candidate John Kerry while Bush & Cheney were in power, liberals would have cried foul - and rightly so. Principles go beyond partisanship. Let the American people decide who governs. This will mark a dark moment in American history and will undermine public trust in our electoral system itself. I call on the Manhattan District Attorney to reconsider this action and to put aside partisan politics in service of preserving our Constitutional republic."

Mike Pence, a reported 2024 hopeful, told Breitbart News radio that this "reeks of the kind of political prosecution that we endured back in the days of the Russia hoax."

We have yet to hear from Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, Tim Scott, and others

MAGA Inc. Sunday Note

The CPAC Straw Poll made it clear that President Trump is the choice of conservatives to lead the Republican Party in 2024.

President Trump won the straw poll with 62 percent support -- more than triple Ron DeSantis’ share of the vote (20 percent).  As Politico reported, “No Republican departed CPAC with more glory than former President Donald Trump.”

President Trump has a bond with conservatives because he stood up on their behalf against entrenched Washington interests. They want him back in the White House to finish the job.  As President Trump told the crowd at CPAC Saturday, “We are going to complete the mission. We are going to see this battle through to ultimate victory. We are going to make America great again."

Highlights from President Trump’s CPAC address:

"In 2016, I declared, 'I am your voice.' Today I add: I am your warrior, I am your justice, and for those who have been wronged and betrayed, I am your retribution,” Trump declared

President Trump made it clear that he is the only choice to fight back against the Deep State because he will not back down.

Trump: “At the end of the day anyone else will be intimidated, bought off, blackmailed, or ripped to shreds. I alone will never retreat."

Trump: “Our enemies are lunatics and maniacs. They cannot stand that they do not own me... and they will never ever control me, and they will never ever, therefore, control you!"

Trump outlined his policies for a second term that will save America.

President Trump: “We are never going back to a party that wants to give unlimited money to fight foreign wars that are endless wars, that are stupid wars."

President Trump reiterated his support for baby bonuses to start a new baby boom.

The speech also focused on cleaning up the mess Biden has caused at the border. President Trump called for the largest domestic deportation operation in American history.

Trump: “When I am back in the White House, the very first reconciliation bill I sign will be for a massive increase in border patrol, and a colossal increase in the number of ICE deportation officers.”

President Trump outlined his plan to keep China financially accountable for the pandemic it unleashed.

And as our trade deficit hits an all-time high under Joe Biden, President Trump reminded CPAC that he “smashed the false idols of the free trade fanatics."

I hope you are having a great Presidents' Day Weekend with the ones you love.

President Trump continues to tower over the Republican field. Several polls this week show Trump with a double-digit lead over the field.

President Trump’s continued dominance over the field is because Republicans recognize that there is no “Trumpism without Trump.” Gavin Wax Mario explains this in a piece in Townhall this weekend that I recommend you read.

“The personal, emotional relationship between Trump and his base cannot be understated. Without Trump as the candidate in 2024, at least a million of his supporters will stay home and refuse to vote Republican. They hate the system, know how they are being screwed, and rightly believe that most politicians in both major parties should be given the boot. They only trust one candidate: Trump,” Gavin writes.

“These voters are the forgotten men and women of this country; they put Trump in office in 2016, and losing them will assure losses in any election moving forward. If Trumpism disappears, the Republican Party will fall back into the Bush-era neoconservatism of old.”

We’re already seeing an attempt to revert to the failed Bush-era policies with the candidacy of Nikki Haley. While Haley claims to represent a “new generation,” the reality is she's just another career politician who is only in it for herself. She should listen to her own comments from the 2020 Republican convention, “Donald Trump has always put America first, and he has earned four more years as president.”

As President Trump demonstrates true crisis leadership with his visit to East Palestine, OH, the Biden administration faces intense criticism for its mishandling of the situation:

  • In stark comparison to the Biden administration’s failure to provide information, testing, and support following the February 2nd train derailment and subsequent toxic chemical fire, President Trump announced that he would be visiting East Palestine: “The people of East Palestine need help. I’ll see you on Wednesday.”
  • After President Trump announced he would be visiting East Palestine, and two weeks after the initial derailment and fire, the Biden administration reversed its decision and decided they would, in fact, provide FEMA support to the impacted community.
  • Residents of East Palestine are voicing their frustration with the Biden administration’s weeks-delayed response and complete lack of communication.
    • Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg didn’t even publicly address the disaster until ten days after the train derailed and caught fire, releasing hazardous and toxic chemicals like vinyl chloride into the soil, air, and water.
  • Federal officials continue to claim that testing “has not detected any levels of health concern in the community,” even as residents complain of headaches, throat irritation, and skin rashes.  EPA Administrator Michael Regan insists the “water is safe.” He should take Senator JD Vance’s advice and drink it.
    • Peter DeCarlo, Associate Professor of Environmental Health at Johns Hopkins University, told Martha Raddatz on ABC’s This Week that “we just don’t have the information we need to understand what chemicals may be present. The monitoring equipment that [the EPA is] using to determine things that are safe doesn’t give us chemical specificity, it doesn’t tell us what chemicals are present, it just says they’re below some level.”
    • “There’s plenty of chemicals,” DeCarlo continued, “that can be created from that fire that can be toxic at much lower levels.”

Americans continue to suffer under the Biden economy

  • Household debt hits a record high.
    • CNN: “Total US household debt hit a record $16.9 trillion during the fourth quarter, an increase of $394 billion, or 2.4%, from the prior three-month period, according to the Fed’s latest Quarterly Report on Household Debt and Credit… Credit card balances increased nearly 6.6% to $986 billion during the quarter, the highest quarterly growth on record, according to New York Fed data that goes back to 1999. Year over year, credit card balances grew 15.2%.”
  • Americans are falling behind on their car payments.
    • WSJ: “Some 9.3% of auto loans extended to people with low credit scores were 30 or more days behind on payments at the end of last year, the highest share since 2010, according to an analysis by Moody’s Analytics.”

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, February 12, 2023

Happy Sunday,

In the week following Joe Biden’s jumbled State of the Union address, the White House continues its attempt to sell the lie that Americans are better off under Biden than under President Trump.

It is a lie that even the mainstream media cannot stomach. A whopping 71% of Americans believe that the country is on the wrong track. Additional polling from last week confirms America’s profound dissatisfaction with Joe Biden’s leadership—his own party doesn’t want him.

Biden’s failure as Commander-in-Chief continues to coalesce around our nation’s response to Chinese incursions into our airspace. Following the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, this latest insult to our national sovereignty is additonal proof to our enemies that it is acceptable to challenge America with Biden in charge. President Trump understood that projecting American strength was paramount to promoting peace and cooperation. We desperately need that leadership again.

Taylor Budowich

MAGA, Inc.

The Biden administration continues to lie about the State of Our Union:

  • There is no talking point that exists to convince Americans that they are imagining the economic hardship they face, despite spin from the Biden White House.
  • Nearly two-thirds of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.
  • A recent ABC/Washington Post poll found that 41 percent of Americans “say they are not as well off since Biden became president…the highest level since Post-ABC polling first asked the question in 1986.”
  • A CBS/YouGov poll shows 62 percent of Americans expect the economy to decline next year.
  • President Trump: "Over the past two years, under Biden, millions and millions of illegal aliens from 160 different countries have stormed across our southern border. Drug cartels are now raking in billions of dollars from smuggling poison to kill our people and to kill our children. Savage killers, rapists and violent criminals are being released from jail to continue their crime wave. And under Biden, the murder rate has reached the highest in the history of our country. Biden and the radical Democrats have wasted trillions of dollars and caused the worst inflation in half a century."
  • Sarah Huckabee Sanders, providing the Republican response to the SOTU: “President Biden inherited the fastest economic recovery on record, the most secure border in history, cheap, abundant and home-grown energy, fast-rising wages, a rebuilt military, and a world that was stable and at peace. But over the last two years, Democrats destroyed it all.”

President Trump this week outlined an Agenda47 plan to both restore American energy independence and get inflation under control:

  • President Trump will revoke all unnecessary federal regulation that restricts domestic energy production, remove the U.S. from the flawed and pro-China Paris Climate Agreement, and swiftly approve new energy infrastructure projects.
  • Biden’s war on American energy levied a tax on everything we purchase—higher energy prices mean higher costs in transportation and in food production.
  • Nine in ten U.S. voters support increasing domestic energy production.

Biden’s response to Chinese incursions of our airspace undermines America’s strength on the world’s stage:

  • On ABC’s This Week, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer attempted to defend the Biden administration’s response to allowing a Chinese spy craft unprecedented surveillance of our nation’s interior.
    • Chuck Schumer: “The first balloon, there was a much different rationale, which I think was the appropriate rationale. We got enormous intelligence information from surveilling the balloon as it went over the United States."
    • George Stephanopoulos: “But didn’t the Chinese get enormous intelligence as well?"
    • Chuck Schumer: “Well, they could have been getting that anyway."
  • The Biden administration disbanded an anti-Chinese espionage program started by President Trump, paving the way for these unacceptable incursions.

Joe Biden will deliver his third State of the Union this week.

Biden’s speech on Tuesday will be full of spin claiming that he is a success, but if you ask Americans, they do not think the state of the union is positive. A CBS poll shows that 68 percent of Americans believe things are going “badly” in America today.

Will Tuesday’s speech just be full of canned applause lines or will Biden address any of the nation’s problems?

Will Biden address the drug overdose crisis sweeping the nation? Maine, for example, set a drug overdose death record in 2022 – it beat the previous record set in 2021. Biden has failed to secure the border and protect American communities.

Will Biden call for peace in Ukraine as President Trump has done? The war continues to slog on with no end in sight, as we inch closer to nuclear war.

Finally, will Biden offer any relief to Americans at the pump? Doubtful. Gas prices remain higher than they were a year ago.  Under President Trump, America became the number one producer of oil and natural gas in the world. Joe Biden, instead, turns to autocrats like Venezuela’s Nicholas Maduro for oil and encourages Americans to buy electric Hummers that cost more than $87,000.

Taylor Budowich

Head of MAGA Inc.

Despite the best efforts of Democrats and their allies in the media, Americans recognize Biden is failing:

  • Many are viewing Biden’s State of the Union address on Tuesday as the opening salvo of his 2024 re-election campaign—one that even Democrats don’t want.
    • A new NBC poll found that “two-thirds of voters have reservations or are very uncomfortable with the idea of Biden running for a second term.”
    • A recent ABC/Washington Post poll found that “among Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents…58 percent say they would prefer someone other than Biden as their nominee in 2024.”
  • Sec. Pete Buttigieg painted a falsely positive image of the economy on CNN’s State of the Union. Buttigieg claimed that “usually, when employment is that low, inflation is going up. Right now, inflation is going down along with unemployment.”
    • Inflation was still at 6.5 percent in December 2022, outstripping any increases in Americans’ wages. In that same month, the annual increase in wages was only 4.6 percent. Wages grew at an even slower rate in January 2023, at 4.4 percent compared to a year ago.
  • No matter what Biden and his surrogates may say, the economic reality facing many Americans today is painful and bleak.
    • A recent ABC/Washington Post poll found that 41 percent of Americans “say they are not as well off since Biden became president…the highest level since Post-ABC polling first asked the question in 1986.”
    • A CBS/YouGov poll found that 62 percent of Americans expect the economy next year to be in decline.

Biden lets Chinese surveillance balloon traverse the whole nation

  • Sen. Marco Rubio, vice chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee, told CNN that a spy balloon flying over these many American states is “unprecedented.” Sen. Rubio added, "It's not a coincidence this happens leading up to the State of the Union address...It's not just the balloon, it's the message they're trying to send the world, that we can do whatever we want and America can't stop us."
  • Two former national security advisers to President Trump – John Bolton and Robert O’Brien – both told Fox News that they are unaware of anything like this happening during their time in the Trump administration.
  • Forget the balloon, tens of millions of Americans carry around a Chinese surveillance app on their phone – TikTok. President Trump called for TikTok to be banned in 2020. He was right. Biden revoked this executive order and yet even Democrats now acknowledge that Trump was correct that TikTok has no place in America.

Good Evening!

President Trump kicked off the 2024 Republican primary with visits to New Hampshire and South Carolina. Trump spoke at the New Hampshire Republican Party’s annual meeting and unveiled his South Carolina leadership team, before stopping for ice cream and meeting supporters.

Trump’s speeches were well received, with talk radio legend Michael Savage praising President Trump’s South Carolina speech as “electrifying.” Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene wrote that Trump “sounds amazing” and is “fired up.”

What struck me most was a line President Trump delivered in New Hampshire. He said, "I'm more angry now and more committed now than I ever was." It was powerful, it was authentic, and it's the kind of fire that will propel President Trump back to the White House.

Our nation is suffering because of the failures and incompetence of career politicians who are putting their own interests ahead of the interests of America. This is what drove President Trump to run in 2016 and it's the same fire that's fueling his campaign today.

He has never been stronger, and we are ALL more confident and committed than ever before --- 2024 can't come soon enough!

President Trump delivers policy-focused speeches in New Hampshire and South Carolina:

  • Trump attacked Biden’s incompetence that has put us on the “brink of World War 3 in Ukraine.” Trump called for a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.
  • Biden has dismantled the effective immigration policies President Trump put in place and Trump vowed in New Hampshire that “within hours of my inauguration, we will restore every border security measure of the Trump presidency."
    • President Trump recognizes the importance of not only border security, but interior enforcement. He said in South Carolina that we “have to remove a lot of people very, very fast” as murderers and rapists have illegally crossed our border.
  • President Trump is determined to combat the influence of the Chinese Communist Party and told the crowd in Manchester, NH that his administration will “force China to sell any current holdings in the United States that puts our national security at risk."
  • Politico reported that the "loudest applause lines during Trump’s speech in NH" included his plan to eliminate federal funding for schools that push critical race theory or left-wing gender ideology.
    • Trump said in South Carolina that “we’re going to defeat the cult of gender ideology, and reaffirm that God created two genders called men and women.”

President Trump is rolling out a forward-thinking and bold series of policy platforms to restore America once again to greatness:

  • In his plan to save American education, President Trump announced that he will:
    • Adopting merit pay and abolishing tenure for K-12 teachers
    • Enshrining a parental bill of rights that promotes curriculum transparency and school choice
    • Greatly reducing bloated school administrative positions
    • Allowing the direct election of school principals by parents
    • Cut federal funding to any school that promotes radical critical race theory, gender ideology or any form of inappropriate content
    • Identify and fire “the radical zealots and Marxists in the Department of Education” that are poisoning our school systems
    • Direct a civil rights investigation with the Department of Education into race-based discrimination in schools
    • Vigorously pursue any potential freedom of religion violations
    • Incentivize states and school districts to adopt pro-parent and student reforms with preferential funding for:
  • Fentanyl, meth, and heroin are pouring across our completely open southern border that is controlled by the Mexican drug cartels. The vicious, inhumane cartels have declared war on the men and women of America, and the death toll is rising to over 100,000 victims a year. President Trump announced that once he is back in the White House, he will wage war against the cartels and end their terrible rein over our southern border.
  • While cities like Washington, D.C. are passing bills that release hundreds of violent criminals back onto the streets, patriots are being held as political prisoners. D.C.’s new bill slashes penalties for carjackings, robberies and for felons committing gun crimes. It also makes violent criminals eligible for release. President Trump called on Congress to send a resolution to Joe Biden’s desk rejecting this weak-on-crime bill. America needs a president who will stand for law and order.
  • President Trump announced his plan to destroy the insidious influence of the Chinese Communist Party within the United States by enacting “aggressive new restrictions on Chinese ownership of any vital infrastructure in the United States, including energy, technology, telecommunications, farmland, natural resources, medical supplies, and other strategic national assets.”
  • President Trump will order the construction of a missile defense shield to protect our nation from nuclear and hypersonic weaponry. He understands that unmatched American strength will promote global peace.

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, January 22, 2023

Good Evening!

President Trump continues to dominate the polls while Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents spirals out of control. The FBI searched Biden’s Wilmington home on Friday and found additional classified documents. CBS reports that the Justice Department is considering more searches.

Biden’s presidency is in crisis and America is suffering because of it.

Reuters polling shows Biden’s approval rating is near the lowest of his term. Americans are tired of Biden’s inept administration that fails to deliver relief from inflation and stop the invasion across our southern border. America's enemies continue to reap the benefits of Biden's pathetic presidency.

President Trump, meanwhile, continues to roll out his bold and prosperous agenda for America's future. This past week, Trump released his plan to limit the Chinese Communist Party’s influence in our country. Additionally, Trump urged Republicans to focus budget cuts on wasteful programs, while protecting Social Security.

Finally, the media is desperate to divide the Republican Party, however, their attempts to sow division will fail. President Trump, who leads every recent poll by significant margins, will be the Republican nominee and he will unite America around his proven record of leadership and putting America first.

Taylor Budowich

FBI search uncovers more classified documents at Biden’s home:

  • FBI agents conducted a search of Joe Biden’s Delaware home on Friday and found even more improperly handled classified documents.
  • The White House has not been transparent about the Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.
    • Biden spokesman Ian Sams was unwilling to tell MSNBC how many classified documents the Justice Department has found.
    • When asked why the administration sat on these discoveries until after the election, Biden responded that “there’s no there, there.”
  • This is a serious issue for Joe Biden. As the Article III Project’s Mike Davis wrote at Newsweek, “Biden compromised our national security through his carelessness and brazen law-breaking.”
    • Davis noted: “As a matter of clarity, let's contrast Biden's theft of classified documents with Trump's lawful handling of presidential records. As the commander-in-chief under our Constitution, the president of the United States has the absolute power to declassify records as he sees fit. In addition, under the Presidential Records Act, a departing president can take a personal copy of any of his presidential records—classified or not. The vice president is afforded neither of these privileges.”
  • Polling shows a majority of Americans believe Biden was inappropriate in his handling of documents.
  • Hunter Biden—currently under his own federal investigation over his taxes and overseas business dealings—listed the Wilmington address where many of the documents were found has his permanent residence. He potentially had access to this classified information, while being in business with America's adversaries.

President Trump continues to dominate in polling:

  • Poll after poll continues to show that President Trump is Republicans’ top choice for the 2024 nomination.
    • Harvard-Harris poll -- Donald Trump: 48 percent, Ron DeSantis: 28 percent, Mike Pence: 7 percent,  Nikki Haley: 3 percent
    • YouGov -- Donald Trump: 46 percent, Ron DeSantis: 27 percent, Mike Pence: 6 percent, Nikki Haley: 3 percent
    • Morning Consult – Donald Trump: 48 percent, Ron DeSantis: 31 percent, Mike Pence: 8 percent, Liz Cheney: 3 percent, Nikki Haley: 2 percent
  • President Trump is also besting Biden in head-to-head polling. The Harvard-Harris poll has Trump at 46 percent and Biden trailing at 41 percent.
    • Breitbart’s coverage of the poll noted that “Former President Donald Trump has opened a clear lead over President Joe Biden.”

Terrorists continue to cross Biden’s open border as Trump urges Republicans to target the depletion of our social safety net by illegal immigrants, and not Social Security:

  • Fox News’ Bill Melugin reported Sunday that there is a surge of terrorists crossing the border. There already have been 38 individuals on the terror watch list caught crossing the border since October. For comparison, in Fiscal Year 2019 – there were 0 terror watch list suspects caught crossing the border.
  • Biden has failed to secure our border and criminals from across the globe are attempting to cross. Biden just set another embarrassing record with nearly 252,000 illegal immigrant encounters on the border in December. Breitbart reported that "this represents the largest single-month report in U.S. history.”
  • President Trump not only understands that border security, like a wall, is necessary to repel criminal immigration, but that we must also remove the “pull” factors that bring criminal immigrants here. In a video last week, Trump urged Republicans not to cut Social Security and instead focus on the “the mass releases of illegal aliens that are depleting our social safety net and destroying our country.”

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, January 15, 2023

Good evening!

Biden’s mishandling of classified documents finally has many of his allies in the press admitting what has been obvious to us all. Biden is incompetent and puts our national security at risk. Not only did Biden have no authority as vice president to declassify documents, but he kept them in the same Wilmington home that Hunter Biden resided in. That means national security secrets were stored in the residence of a business partner of the Chinese Communist Party.

Taylor Budowich

MAGA Inc

Even more classified documents have been found at Joe Biden’s home and office after he removed them the Obama administration:

  • White House lawyers admitted on Saturday that a fourth batch of classified documents had been found at Biden’s private home and office.
  • This discovery followed White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre's announcement to reporters that "lawyers had finished searching for classified documents."
  • The classified documents were discovered in a closet at the University of Pennsylvania's Biden Center in D.C., and at Biden’s home in Wilmington.
  • Hunter Biden—currently under his own federal investigation over his taxes and overseas business dealings—listed the Wilmington address where many of the documents were found has his permanent residence. He potentially had access to this classified information.
  • The Department of Justice has known about the documents since before the 2022 election, and only now has Merrick Garland bothered to inform the public and appoint a special counsel.
  • Joe Biden downplayed the seriousness of his alleged crime, insisting that it was fine because some documents were locked in his garage next to his Corvette: “It’s not like it’s sitting out in the street.”

Unlike President Trump, Biden’s handling of classified documents is likely against the law:

  • Biden was the vice president when he left office with classified documents that he brought to his China-funded think tank and home garage. Unlike presidents, vice presidents have no authority to declassify documents. This discrepancy shows the FBI’s double standard in how they’ve handled the respective cases.
    • House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said on CNN’s State of the Union: "My concern is how there’s such a discrepancy in how former Pres. Trump was treated — by raiding Mar-a-Lago, by getting the security cameras, by taking pictures of documents on the floor, by going through Melania’s closet — versus Joe Biden."
  • Unlike President Trump, Biden did not keep documents in a secure location. Mar-a-Lago has Secret Service protection. Vice presidents only keep Secret Service protection for six months after leaving office, meaning that for over 2 years his Wilmington home did not receive such protection. Even CNN’s Jake Tapper acknowledged Sunday that Biden’s Wilmington Corvette garage is not an ideal place to keep our nation’s secrets.
    • "That does not look like what a secure location would be,” Tapper said on State of the Union.

Even Joe Biden’s allies are admitting he was reckless with documents and has not been transparent:

  • CBS News' Ed O'Keefe said on Face the Nation that the Biden White House "clearly had a problem this week...especially because you have a president who made campaign and day one promises of transparency, and they weren't kept here."
  • ABC’s Jonathan Karl said, “The White House says it is committed to transparency, but the first batch of documents was discovered on November 2nd, just days before the midterm elections, and the public didn't learn of it until this week — and only after reporters started asking."
    • Biden is still refusing to tell the public who has visited his Wilmington home.
  • Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff said on ABC’s This Week that it is possible Biden jeopardized national security with his handling of classified documents.
  • Even the Associated Press is acknowledging this reveals Biden is incompetent. “But an excruciating week of awkward disclosures and the appointment of a special counsel to investigate classified records found at his Delaware home and a former office dating to his time as vice president is beginning to strain his claim to competence.”

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, January 8, 2023

Good evening!

After a week of spirited debate, House Republicans are ready to start the 118th Congress. Thanks to President Trump, Republicans united to back Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden is finally visiting the border. His visit to the border this week is not about what he will witness, but instead, what he won’t.

In the days leading up to his visit, law enforcement and local officials scrambled to clear out migrant camps and beautify the streets—a practice that’s common for third world dictatorial nations, not America.

In 2009, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak’s wife, Suzanne, visited the new campus of The American University in Cairo. In the weeks leading up to her visit, streets were swept, the homeless were relocated, palm trees and shrubs were planted, and curbs were painted. Through her eyes, Egypt was beautiful and well kept. Yet, the reality was Egypt was burning, she just wasn’t allowed to see it.

Joe Biden’s visit to America’s southern border is no different. Instead of facing down our nation’s immigration crisis that his policies have created, he is ignoring it.

Biden’s border policies embolden the cartels, while Trump has a plan to fight them:

  • The Mexican drug cartels are causing havoc in America and in Mexico. The drugs they traffic kill tens of thousands of Americans and fund their bloody war against the Mexican government.
  • Instead of combatting the cartels, Biden has empowered them. The head of the Border Patrol Union called Biden the “cartels’ best friend” and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott told Biden in a letter, “your open-border policies have emboldened the cartels, who grow wealthy by trafficking deadly fentanyl and even human beings.”
  • President Trump, on the other hand, has released a bold plan to combat the violent drug cartels. President Trump wants to unleash the U.S. military on the cartels and designate them as foreign terrorist organizations. He promises to destroy the cartels just like he dismantled ISIS.
  • Congressman Michael Waltz praised President Trump’s plan on Sunday Morning Futuressaying, “President Trump just rolled out a plan to go after the cartels and I think he is absolutely right."

President Trump Finalizes Speaker Deal:

  • Kevin McCarthy was elected Speaker of the House of Representatives for the 118th Congress, thanks to President Trump’s intervention.
  • In the minutes following the vote, several GOP insiders took to Twitter to reveal that President Trump played a crucial role in closing the deal that included key concessions to ensure that the American People are, once again, running the People’s House.
  • The newly-elected Speaker thanked President Trump for his help after the vote, adding that “I don’t think anybody should doubt his influence.”
  • In the hours that followed the vote, central figures on both sides of the deal confirmed that President Trump’s involvement was vital to crossing the finish line.
    • Rep. Jim Jordan: “This doesn’t get done without the support and leadership of President Trump.”
    • Rep. Byron Donalds: “[Trump] has played a good part in this.”
    • Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene: “[Trump’s] role was huge…America is about to see the most conservative Republican Speaker of the House that they have seen in decades.”
  • "The 'Speaker' selection process," President Trump stated, "as crazy as it may seem, has made it all much bigger and more important than if done the more conventional way."
  • President Trump’s leadership once again succeeded in ensuring that the concerns of the American people are not forgotten—both the Republican Party and our nation are stronger today because of this deal.

Biden finally visits the border, and migrant camps are finally cleared:

  • Biden has finally decided to visit the southern border. The crisis, apparently, can no longer be ignored. However, Biden will not face reality. The Washington Examiner noted: “Days before President Joe Biden visited El Paso, Texas, this afternoon, local and federal authorities began clearing out migrant encampments.”
    • One local reporter said, "One woman did tell us that yes, she has seen city employees out here cleaning the area in preparation for President Biden's visit."
  • The border is a disaster because Biden rolled back President Trump’s successful policies. As Congressman Jim Jordan noted on Fox News Sunday, “The numbers during President Trump were so good on the border." There are many other facts you should know about.

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, December 18, 2022

Good evening,

Border communities are preparing for absolute chaos at the border this week, while Biden twiddles his thumbs and ignores the impending crisis.

The end of Title 42 on Wednesday could mean an estimated 18,000 illegal immigrants will cross the border every single day. This deluge will overwhelm border towns.

President Donald Trump instituted the use of Title 42 to keep Americans safe, and unfortunately radical liberals have succeeded in ending the program. President Trump was dedicated to securing the border. CNN’s Jake Tapper said on State of the Union that for “whatever reason” the border is worse now under Biden than Trump – that “reason” is Trump is no longer in office, something MAGA Inc. is committed to correcting.

The information below will prepare you to counter the leftist lies about the border this week.

I hope you have a Merry Christmas with the ones you love.

Democratic senator hopes Americans just don’t care about the border crisis:

  • Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown said on Meet the Press that he doesn’t hear “a lot about immigration from voters except from people on the far-right.”
    • Polling shows that immigration is a top concern for voters. The most recent Gallup polling shows that 60 percent of Americans "personally worry about illegal immigration."
    • The border affects voters of all political persuasions as the drug crisis does not discriminate. The Washington Post recently reported: “From 2019 to 2021, fatal overdoses surged 94 percent, and an estimated 196 Americans are now dying each day from the drug — the equivalent of a fully loaded Boeing 757-200 crashing and killing everyone on board."
  • President Trump has always prioritized securing the border and protecting Americans. An open border means jobs taken away from Americans, more crime, and more overdoses.

This week we will see a border surge unlike anything before:

  • Border expert Todd Bensman likens the coming surge to a Category 5 hurricane.
    • Bensman: “Still, this pandemonium of 7,000-9,000 illegal crossers caught every single day, 200,000-plus every single month for two years straight, is just a Category 3 hurricane on the mass migration-scale.  A Category 5 is barreling down on the United States with the scheduled December 21 lifting of 'Title 42,' the one last real impediment to a next-level crisis far beyond, not just the American experience, but that of every nation in the developed world.”
  • Estimates for the number of illegal immigrants crossing daily post-Title 42 range from 14,000 to 18,000 a day. That could mean up to 6.4 million illegal immigrants crossing in a year. This would completely overwhelm our nation’s hospitals, schools, and communities.
  • Border crossings have surged under Biden’s weak policies. Fox News Sunday highlighted that border crossings in October 2022 were up 411 percent from October 2019.

At least some Democrats acknowledge this is a crisis, while the White House claims Biden has done the “necessary work”:

  • California Gov. Gavin Newsom has said the system “will break” after Title 42 ends and that there “is no question in my mind we are not prepared.”
  • Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar said that the Biden administration is not “listening” to Border Patrol agents and border communities.
  • The White House, meanwhile, does not live in reality. Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted this week that Biden has “done the work” necessary to secure the border. This is a laughable lie. Biden has incentivized illegal immigration by ending deportations based on immigration status.
  • President Trump stands up for border communities and Border Patrol agents. Even Democrat border mayors have acknowledged that Trump secured the border.

MAGA Inc. News Roundup for Sunday, December 11, 2022

Good evening,

This weekend, Democrats from the White House and Congress attempted to downplay the worst prisoner release deal in modern history. Administration officials and Biden’s lackeys regurgitated talking points on the Sunday shows and tried to convince Americans that this prisoner swap would not incentivize our country’s enemies.

As our southern border remains open and unsecure, RINOs in Congress propose mass amnesty. It seems as if Washington politicians will do anything to avoid reinstating President Trump’s border solutions. The American people, as always, will pay the price for D.C.’s disinterest.

Unsurprisingly, the legacy mainstream media continues to ignore the shocking revelations from Twitter’s internal document release. The files show how liberal activists at the social media giant suppressed President Trump and his supporters to influence the 2020 election.

The information below will arm you in defense of what will surely be another week of liberal media gaslighting.

Biden’s weakness undermines American strength on the global stage as the “Merchant of Death” gets swapped for a basketball player:

  • Viktor Bout, also known as Russia’s “Merchant of Death,” was released in exchange for Brittney Griner, an American basketball player who was arrested for drug possession while living and working in Russia.
  • Bout was serving a 25-year sentence after being convicted of conspiring to kill Americans and providing weapons, including anti-aircraft missiles, to groups including terrorist organizations.
  • Preet Bharara, the Democrat who prosecuted Bout during the Obama administration, acknowledged to Meet the Press that the trade was "asymmetric" and that Bout is a "dangerous man."
  • Administration officials John Kirby (National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications) and Roger Carstens (Special Presidential Envoy for Hostage Affairs), who were both involved with the prisoner swap, danced around questions about whether this trade incentivizes bad actors to use Americans as bargaining chips.
  • Adam Schiff implied to CBS that Putin deliberately released Brittney Griner over Whelan to “roil America,” while also admitting that this swap incentivizes hostage taking—did Joe Biden take Putin’s bait?
  • Joe Biden abandoned imprisoned marine Paul Whelan:
  • John Kirby on ABC’s This Week said that he only realized “last week” that there was “no chance” to release Whelan.
  • Roger Carstens on CNN’s State Of The Union said that there “was no opportunity” to bring Whelan home.
  • Whelan himself has said that he does not "understand” why he has not been freed.
  • Families of hostages currently detained in Iran joined CBS’ Face The Nation on Sunday to express their frustration with the Biden administration:
  • Hannah Shargi, daughter of imprisoned American Emad Shargi, stated that Biden has not met with “hostage families.” She noted that she lives in Washington, D.C., and is willing to meet at any time.
  • Ariana Shargi expressed that Joe Biden has “no good reason not to meet with us…We’re Americans.”
  • They also voiced their disappointment that White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre did not know about their family’s case when asked.
  • During his time in office, President Trump freed 56 hostages and detainees from more than 24 countries without surrendering American security—that is what peace through strength looks like.
  • President Trump has the expertise and a proven playbook to protect innocent American lives both at home and abroad. We cannot afford Biden’s weak leadership when our national security is at stake.

Joe Biden and his RINO allies propose mass amnesty as our southern border remains completely open:

  • Border crossings already surged to record highs because of Joe Biden—as the end of Title 42 approaches, border communities are preparing for the worst. Amnesty will reward millions of illegal immigrants for breaking the law and encourage more to cross.
  • Arizona Sen. Krysten Sinema told CNN's Jake Tapper that the federal government is failing to secure the border.
  • Even as 2.6 million unknown migrants are expected in 2023, Biden is deporting 71 percent fewer criminal illegal immigrants than President Trump.
  • Under President Trump, our border was as secure as it has ever been.
  • President Trump built over 400 miles of the world’s most advanced border wall and illegal crossings plummeted over 87 percent where the wall was completed.
  • He instituted the Migrant Protection Protocols, or the “Remain in Mexico” policy, to safely return asylum seekers to Mexico while they await hearings in the United States.
  • President Trump also ended the dangerous practice of “Catch-and-Release,” which let untold numbers of illegal immigrants to disappear into our nation’s interior.
  • President Trump must return to the White House to re-implement his border strategy before more American lives are put at risk by terrorists, traffickers, and the cartels.

Liberal media remains silent on the shocking discoveries revealed in internal Twitter documents:

  • CNN, ABC, NBC, and CBS once again devoted zero airtime this week to the bombshell revelations coming from Twitter.
  • The documents prove that liberal activists at Twitter censored and suppressed the sitting President of the United States of America to influence an election. This is an unacceptable attack on the voice and votes of the American public.
  • Files released Friday night show that "executives were looking for any excuse to ban President Donald Trump."
  • Elon Musk says it is "unequivocally true" that Twitter employees interfered in the 2020 election and censored President Trump.
  • Documents released on Saturday outlined "how Twitter executives twisted the platform’s rules with the intention of blacklisting" President Trump.
  • According to the documents, Twitter staff and executives “took extraordinary steps to suppress” the Hunter Biden laptop story as first reported by the New York Post.
  • Other emails show Joe Biden’s campaign and the DNC successfully petitioning Twitter staff and executives to remove tweets and suppress accounts.
  • Full knowledge of the details of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led nearly 10 percent of Biden voters to abandon him—more than enough to flip the election in the six swing states won by Biden (AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA, and WI).
  • 45.1 percent of Biden voters said they were unaware of the corruption scandal surrounding Joe and Hunter Biden.
  • One in six Biden voters would have abandoned him if they had known about one or more of eight major news stories suppressed by Big Tech and the mainstream media in the 2020 election.
  • In May 2020, President Trump signed the Executive Order on Preventing Online Censorship that made it “the policy of the United States to foster clear ground rules promoting free and open debate on the internet.” It ensured that no federal tax dollars financed online platforms that restricted free speech.
